Ali Vongsathian
Ali Vongsathian (born October 6, 1992) is an American entrepreneur, motivational speaker and a former professional esports athlete. He is the current founder and CEO of the fitness apparel brand Lift Squad Apparel based in San Diego, California.
Early Life
Ali Vongsathian was born on October 6, 1992, in San Diego, California. He has two older sister and one brother. In high school, he competed in wrestling until an injury turned his attention to into creating a fitness apparel business online. He attended San Diego City College from 2015 to 2016, but did not complete his degree in favor of pursuing his growing business in fitness-related digital products.
