LaNease Adams (born August 11, 1978) is an American Actress and was a contestant on the 1st season of The Bachelor.[1][2]

Early life and education

Adams was raised in Los Angeles, California. Adams graduated from St. Bernard Catholic High School in 1996, with a 4.0 grade point average. She was a tri-athelete, playing basketball, running track, and cross country. Adams attended Sonoma State University, where she majored in Computer Science and minored in Theater. After college, Adams continued her training at Los Angeles’ top acting schools, including The Aaron Speiser Acting School, The Ivana Chubbuck Acting School, and The Groundling’s Acting School..[3][4]

Career

Adams’ first television guest starring role was in 2001, on the sketch comedy show “The Andy Dick Show”. She then booked a series regular role in 2002 on the UPN Network’s wrestling show, Urban Wrestling Alliance. Adams had a leading role in music videos for stars including Britney Spears, Jennifer Lopez, Mya, Jagged Edge, Snoop Dogg, The Calling, Dirty Vegas, and K-Ci. In 2003, Adams was notably on Season 1 of ABC's "The Bachelor" - and she was the first kiss in the show’s history. In 2020 Adams released a short-film titled Heaven’s Revenge.[5][6]

Personal Life

Adams has never married. In 2001, she dated comedian and talk show host Bill Maher. In 2005, she dated famous radio talk show host and political commentator Larry Elder.[10]
