Open Paint program, and choose paint from edit tab.
Click on the "Select " button and cutdown the image you want.
Select "Save as" from File tab.
Choose location, "My pictures" is best.
Open the image (preview) from "My documents" and change
it to JPG from the commands in it's window.

You can add images by uploading and adding them.
Use the "Upload photo" link in the Left sidebar.
Choose your photo/image from your computer,
cursor over it to check it is JPG.
If it isn't, open "My Documents" and go to this image.
Open the image and change it o JPG. JPEG.
There's a way of doing that using tools
at the base of the opened image.

You should now have a copy of your image in the same folder.
Close "My Documents"
Go back to the uploaded image window and
select the JPG copy of your image.
Upload it. This creates an image file page in this wiki.

The best way to explain how to insert in your image file is to go
open an "edit" tab on any wiki page to see how it's done.
I cant type it in here without actually creating an image.

Large images such as screenshots should use the "thumb" option which
displays large images as thumbnails. Images should generally be right
aligned to enhance readability by allowing a smooth flow of text down
the left margin - the "thumb" option does this by default.
