Nick Doody is one of Britain's more wry political comedians, featuring frequently as a guest on radio broadcasts such as Political Animal (radio) and vox-pop television shows.

He also recently wrote for the television series FAQ U starring Justin Lee Collins and David Mitchell, featured on 'Mark Thomas' Comedy Product' and in 1997 was a finalist on Channel Four's 'So You Think You're Funny' competition.

He has written an unpublished study of American comedian Bill Hicks, 'Tell ME the Truth, Laughing: The Life and Works of Bill Hicks'.
