After being well-received at the Harrogate lingerie exhibition in 2005, Pour Moi sold its very first bra in December that year at independent boutique Elle Lingerie in Rugby. History
Pour Moi started in Macclesfield in 1998. After being well-received at the Harrogate lingerie exhibition in 2005, Pour Moi sold its very first bra in December that year at independent boutique Elle Lingerie in Rugby. They launched their first independent retail store in Macclesfield, Cheshire, with another shop in Chester soon to follow, as well as concessions in Figleaves and Littlewoods.
Pour Moi slowly grew its base of wholesale clients to include Asos, Next and Zalando before entering the US market with [[Bare Necessities] in 2019[3]. In January 2019, Pour Moi acquired Charnos, Lepel & LF Intimates.[4]
With the growing shift to e-ecommerce, Pour Moi launched its direct-to-consumer website https://pourmoi.co.uk in 2015, and launched its new US website https://pourmoiclothing.com in December 2020.
