Compensation to residents and business owners.

I am having a very difficult time sorcing what residents and business leaders were offered when construction was approved and imminent domain took effect. Several news stories indicating money to the residents was not enough but what compensation options were given to residents and the few who were forcibly removed were they given anything? I agree that would be great to add, I imagine data is hard to find precisely because of the controversy around those payments. Hopefully someone will find a way to establish those facts and publish information about that part of Rondo History. ClarityKTMpls (talk) 21:15, 23 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

-As a long-time resident of the Twin Cities, I've always been aware of Rondo, and the importance it had (and has) to the Black community and in general. Creation a Wikipedia page for Rondo is a daunting task. I've started this page, not because I was up to that task, but because of the importance of the topic, and because now is a moment when additional resources are available that weren't before.
