However, I do have one more thing (I know, I'm being a terrible nag, sorry!): I think you should not be editing this article directly due to our [[WP:COI|conflict of interest]] guideline, but rather proposing changes on the talk page for others to make. Wikipedia has a very strict [[WP:NPOV|neutral point of view]] policy; all articles must be written in a factual manner with a neutral tone. Being involved in the subject of an article makes it extremely difficult to be neutral. In fact, I think the article [[CiffiO]] does indeed have some neutrality problems. You can propose changes on the talk page and let me know by leaving me a [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/wiki.phtml?title=User_talk:delldot&action=edit§ion=new <font color="blue">message</font>] on [[user talk:delldot|my talk page]] if you want me to look at them and make a decision about them quiclky. By the way, I take it you wanted to create a redirect from CiffiO to Ciffio, right? The way you do it is to type #Redirect [[Name of the page you want to redirect to]] at the top of the page you want to turn into a redirect. (I did this already in this case, so I hope it is what you were intending to do). Also, you should use the move button at the top of the page next to the history to change an article's name, since cut and paste moves cause problems. (The move button appears 4 days after you register your account). Let me know by leaving me a message on my talk page if you haven any questons or need anything!
