The episode starts at the school. Ms. Garrison says that there is a problem. Cartman asks if it is the "Jew problem." The problem is actually lice. A school in Denver is heard to have a lice outbreak. The students get checked for lice, during which time Cartman states that those who have lice are dragged to a giant containment facility, and it turns out that Clyde Donovan has lice. Meanwhile, on Clyde's scalp, one of the lice (Travis) begins to think that "the environment" is conscious, to much ridicule. He is pulled out of school and taken to a doctor. In the lobby, when a little girl asks him why he's there, he tells her that he has AIDS. The doctor gives Clyde a shampoo that should kill the lice. |

Clyde goes home and starts taking a shower. The lice are mostly happy because it's raining, but Travis takes his baby and tells his wife to follow him. |
