Fictional character biography

Miss Martian, the white Martian known as M'gann M'orzz, is a member of the Teen Titans during the year between the events depicted in Infinite Crisis and the "One Year Later" stories. In her Earth form, M'gann has green skin, shoulder-length red hair, dresses in a mini-skirt version of Martian Manhunter's outfit, and uses the Earth name "Megan Morse". During a series of flashbacks and appearances in Teen Titans 37-40, the writers gradually reveal that M'gann is actually a white Martian pretending to be a green Martian, and served as a member of the Titans during the year skipped by the "One Year Later" storyline, eventually resigning from the Titans because of hurt feelings. She later went to be a superhero in Australia. Although Teen Titans #39-40 initially suggested that M'gann might be a traitor, she was eventually revealed to be loyal to the team. At the end of # 41, she has rejoined the team.

In Teen Titans #43, M'gann and Cyborg go to Belle Reve in order to interrogate the depowered Bombshell. Right when M'gann discovers the existence of Titans East from Bombshell's mind, Bombshell is killed by Risk and Batgirl. Miss Martian is then attacked by Sun Girl, who introduces herself saying "Hello Megan, where I come from we know each other very, very, well, but in this time, we haven't had the pleasure. My name's Sun Girl. I burn stuff."

In #44, while torturing M'gann, Sun Girl reveals that in the future, Martians are slaves because of something that she was responsible for and that she will become Sun Girl's slave in the future.

Powers

Miss Martian possesses abilites similar to Martian Manhunter. She can fly, shapeshift, turn intangible and fire energy blasts from her eyes. She is also a telepath who can read minds.
