Donde esta the pool? Where is the pool. Those douchebag voters won't give us any money, and now about half of our teachers are getting laid off. OF course, Mr. Rueter should get "laid" off. He really needs it. Until January 2005, Germantown High school had an operating pool, built on the lower level of the school. The pool was open to the public on specific days, and the Germantown Seahawks Swim Club (GSSC) was located there. GSSC relocated to Noyes Pool in Milwaukee the same year after the pool's closure. GSSC made the decision to close the club at the end of the 2006 long course season, after hearing rumors that some county pools may be closing.

During 2005 multiple referendums were proposed to build a new pool. None of them passed, as an overwhelming senior citizen turnout in local elections defeated the proposed referendums.

Germantown High School (or GHS), located in Germantown, Wisconsin was founded in 1957 as Washington Union High School. It provides students with a wide range of educational opportunities, including core subjects, technology education, physical education, and the fine arts. GHS has had moderate success in sports the last several years. The football team took first place in WIAA Division 2 in 2003, and in 2006 the track team took first in WIAA Division 1. Germantown is also a perennial DECA powerhouse.

Pool Closure

Donde esta the pool? Where is the pool. Those douchebag voters won't give us any money, and now about half of our teachers are getting laid off.

The former pool area was turned into a Gym, the school's third, with a long padded room on the side. The gym opened in January 2007, the current lack of padded walls makes holding a conversation in the gym almost impossible.
