This is by far the oldest account we've seen. It was created in 2011 but made no edits until today. —Jéské Couriano v^_^v threads critiques 15:55, 19 June 2024 (UTC)
- I imagine each of the individual military personnel may or may not have already created a Wikipedia account for personal use, but if so, they may use it to implement the paid edits ordered by their superior. Air on White (talk) 19:20, 19 June 2024 (UTC)
