Early Life and Education

Razaq Obe was born on October 12, 1975, in Akure, Ondo State, Nigeria. He hails from the Obe family of Ifedore area of the state. Obe completed his primary education at St. Paul's Primary School, Akure, and his secondary education at St. Francis Secondary School, Akure. He then proceeded to the University of Benin, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering between 1998 to 2003.[3]

Before his political career, Obe worked as an engineer in various private companies, including Nigerian Electricity Distribution Company (EEDC) and Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC).
