he needs to tell his audiance that his rulling are only good for the state he is in he had one today about a lady having her geese eaten by dogs she said thatif she catches them again she will kill them well he said that was a threat but in texas if you own your property and sometuing is killing your animals you have every right to kill the predators,and jury cannot would not convict you on this so he was wrong to say what he said i have sent a letter to the the head courts in california on this matter even though it may be a threat there is not much he can do if it is on her property |
