This IP address is for Exeter Public Library. Hundreds of people use the computers at the library every week- thousands every year. Whoever vandalised Colonel Sanders' page is just one of many that visit Wikipedia- most people have the best of intentions, so it would be a shame to block the IP address just because of the behaviour of one person. |

If you want that person dealt with, it might be better to contact the library with the time and date of the violations- if they can find out which user was guilty, they could block his library card. |
