"Now You Know" is the 70th episode of the ABC dramedy series Desperate Housewives. It is also the season four premiere. It airs on September 30, 2007.

Plot
A new family moves to Wisteria Lane. Susan goes to the gynecologist and is mortified to find out that her new doctor is her neighbor Adam. Lynette suffers from fatigue and hair loss. A woman wants to pat Bree's "pregnant" belly. Gabrielle shoe shops with Vern. News about Edie's attempted suicide spreads.

- Dana Delany (Katherine) will be a show regular as will Lyndsy Fonseca (Dylan). Nathan Fillion (Adam) will only be recurring.
Title reference
- The title of the episode, "Now You Know", comes from a song in the Stephen Sondheim musical, "Merrily We Roll Along".
