Icon bar

And about CSS

you must make a .css file in notepad then save as something like style.css and open another sheet and fill it up with the div ID tags, then go to well, you probably don't understand, so here just @import style.css (in the blue box) to the redbox content.

You may wish to copy it from the edit tab. You don't need the nowiki tags, and Wikipedia, is too old to support style sheets as far as I know.
