Imtiaz Gilani is the current Vice Chancelor of The University of Engineering and Technology Peshawar. His early years were spent studying at the boarding school in Cadet College Hasanabdal after which he went to America for approximately 10 years. He became the Minister for Education NWFP in 1999 till 2002. In 2004, he was elected as the Vice Chancellor of UET for 2 years but got an extended 2 years in 2006. He has been married for 27 years to Ambreen Gilani and has 4 children. |
