Meggido: The Omega Code 2 is the sequel to the 1999 film The Omega Code. The film is more of alternate film to the first film.

This film covers Stone Alexander's childhood and his meeting with a fallen priest, who confirms he is Satan himself. He exhibits supernatural powers with which he uses to kill his enemies. His young brother David Alexander at first admires his older brother as he graduates with full honors from the military academy and marries Isabella.

However unlike him neither Isabella nor David seek global domination. Eventually Stone becomes Chancellor of the European Union and uses his seat of power to gain control of the entire world, with the exception of the United States, China, and Latin America in general.

David ends up becoming the president of the United States when Stone kills the president with a heart attack. But to Stone's disappointment, his brother follows in the late president's defiance of him and refuses to join his new world order. David's vice president however wants the US to join the world order under Stone. After failing to convince David to fall in to line with the world, he publicizes a fake video of David murdering his father. In reality it was Stone who did it.

The US mobilizes the FBI to arrest the president and send its troops to join the coalition of troops amassed for a strike on Jerusalem. David now deposed is flown by loyal US Rangers to storm Stone's castle headquarters somewhere in Europe.

Stone however is already in Palestine. Instead they find a dying Isabella who instructs David with the following egnimatic words. "Follow a man who has eyes but can not see." David is perplexed but reconizes the instruction to follow when he sees a blind man walk before their jeep and into a church. Inside a vigil is being held asking God for deliverance from Stone Alexander who is seen as the Beast of Revelation. The pastor reads directly from the book of Revelation's prophecy of the Lamb. And then moves to tell David to save them all.

Envigored by what he has seen he joins the US troops in Palestine, in hiding. Meantime, Stone and the fallen priest's release of a plague on China has convinced the chairman to bring his army of tanks to join the coalition outside Jerusalem. Stone sees this as a fulfillment of the prophecy in Daniel where the kings of the East lead their armies to march upon the plains of Megiddo.

Unknown to Stone the Latin Americans, Chinese, and the United States are really here to destroy Stone and his army. David, moved by the soon to be massive losses of life, attempts to kill Stone himself but is captured. In triumph of China's arrival at Meggido, Stone gloats to David of his conquest and lordship over all men. He even taunts God with the fact that His greatest creation, mankind, has abandoned Him and now follow Stone.

Minutes later however, Stone's triumphant air is shattered as the Chinese open fire upon his European troops from one side and the US and Latin troops from the other. Taken completely by surprise Stone's forces are quickly destroyed. Stone instructs all his forces to fight to the death from the headquarters. After overrunning the tank and artillery positions the Latin tanks charge headlong targeting the enemy headquarters.

Stone and his officers are swallowed in a huge fireball as tank shells rain in. David barely manages to break free and jump away as the headquarters explodes behind him. But he is stunned as Stone rises from the ashes and morphs into a massive gargoyle with ram's horns and huge leathery wings. After seriously wounding David he summons up dark brethren as reinforcements and revives the his dead army. In a full display of his supernatural powers, he even darkens the sun, plunging the whole battlefield into darkness.

The reinforcements outnumber and swarm over the Latins, Chinese, and US. In triumph Stone, now as Satan, celebrates as he cries out loudly that he is lord. At this boast, the heavens open up. A bright white light lances down into ruins of the headquarters and begins dropping meteors of light upon the battlefield.

As each of the meteors hits, they act like smart area affect weapons. They strike into the heart of every enemy soldier while leaving all allies untouched and freed of their bonds. The fallen priest is dismayed at Satan's defeat and tries to run from the battlefield. A globe of light chases him and quickly impales him with swords of pure light. Satan himself is last, as he is driven to his knees and forced admit that the Nazarene (Jesus the Christ) is Lord.

After that the light pulverizes the ground beneath him, dropping him into a deep pit of lava. There he finds he is chained. As David lies on the ground still looking up, the light becomes brighter until everything fades away. The final scene is of paradise

Secret Service Agent: Not on my watch.

Stone Alexander: They believe in me now, me! Test them. Give them tribulation. Unleash Your plagues. I challenge You! <in response a comet streaks from the night sky and hits the Roman Colloseum pulverizing it> Oh bravo! But You can do better than that. Go! Pour out your bowls of wrath upon the earth! Bring it on!

British PM: They think it's the end of the bloody world! They are rioting in the streets!

Pastor: 'I am the alpha and omega, the beginning and the end!' Save us.

Fallen Priest: Where is your god now?
David Alexander: He'll be here.
Stone Alexander: Oh really? I'll introduce you to Him when He does. Certainly you've heard His hearlds haven't you, proclaiming His triumphant return? Funny, niether have I? But this time, He might have met His match.
David Alexander: All your armies, all your weapons won't be of any use against God.
Stone Alexander: You still don't understand, do you? This war between me and God is for the souls of men. These... bodies out there, they're not my army. They're my trophies. Oh but You understand, don't you? Your greatest creation and they've abandoned you. They follow me now. I've won.

David Alexander: Free will, Stone! Part of the human equation you forgot about!

Belinsky: Just where are you going?
Russian Chairman: To fight!

Satan: You see?! The tide has turned! No one can oppose me! I have the power! I.. am... Lord!

Satan: Nazarene! Nazarene! You... are... Lord!
