Carlo Boszhard (born 26 June 1969) is a famous Dutch TV personality, singer, and host.
His career took off in 1989 with RTL 4's Telekids, co-starring Irene Moors, turning them both into TV icons of the Netherlands.
His shows include Cash en Carlo (Cash and Carlo), the second version of The Price is Right to air in the Netherlands (the first was Prijzenslag, hosted by Hans Kazan and announced by Tom Mulder), McCarlo and Monte Carlo, both of which featured Carlo singing with guest talents, and more notably, Life en Cooking for RTL 4.
Boszhard was a voice actor for the Dutch language versions of Mulan, Ice Age and Shrek.
As of 2005, he plays the role of Lumiere in the musical Beauty and the Beast.
Personal life
Boszhard had a relationship with one of the contestants from his "Cash & Carlo" show[1], and with singer Eloy de Jong[2] (who later had a relation with Stephen Gately[3]).
