:If you mean to the helpme template, I'd say you can nearly always get a response in an half an hour (it would be far faster but I don't think people use/check the list nearly enough...) If you mean a conversation with another Wikipedian, the vast majority of experienced Wikipedians would be glad to help you. If you want one who's online now, just go to recent changes and find someone who seems to know what they're doing (a good place to start is to look at things like page deletions which can only be done by admins, which requires a level of community support) and leave them a message. Anyway, there is a form welcome message that has some very useful links, so I'll post it here:

How can I help?[edit]

What do you need help with? I'm a bit rusty on some things, but can probably help you or send you to someone who can help you. Y0u | Y0ur talk page 16:09, 27 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

-- I am new to Wikipedia and need some guidance. I work for Tempur-Pedic and the content about Tempur-Pedic says it reads like an advertisement. I have just been reading the COI information and am not really sure if it’s appropriate for me to edit the content myself so that it no longer reads like an advertisement or if I need to wait for an outside person not affiliated to Tempur-Pedic to adjust the information. I apologize for being so green about this but after reading some of the FAQ and other help content I am still unsure. --Angiepea 16:21, 27 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

To be safe, I'd add your comments/proposed revisions on the talk page for discussion about the article. On the Tempur-Pedic article, there's a link tab at the top (almost always the second one from the left) leading to the talk page and let someone not affiliated with Tempur-Pedic add it in; it's probably best to voice your concerns there due to a possible conflict of interest. It's okay, we were all green once and even I after very sparse editing over the past year have a lot of catching up/re-reading to do. Y0u | Y0ur talk page 16:43, 27 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
{{helpme}} removed; add it back if you still need help. Y0u | Y0ur talk page 17:00, 27 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
