Kayla Vinot is his former girlfriend, she was and is a horrible person. She cheated on him, broke his heart, and destroyed his trust in people. He loved her with all his being, he made excuses for her actions to his friends and family, did everything for her, but no more. She is dead to him now, less to him than the dust on the soles of his shoes. She will never bring happiness or joy to his heart again, only disgust and regret. She is ''Dead'' to him. Its become easy for him to forget the year he wasted on her, but he hopes that that year will forever be etched into her mind, so she ''will'' remember. When she's alone, pregnent out of wedlock, sitting on the couch watching t.v. while her loser fiance is out cheating on ''her'', she ''will'' remember that year, and how she was once a goddess in someone's eyes, and she'll remember her actions that destroyed that. |
