== Michael at Eton College ==

On the 8th November, 2007, Michael Vincent was invited to visit the prestigious Eton College as a guest speaker.
He adressed a crowd of 210 Etonians and teachers at the Eton College Magical Society. The talk was entitled "A Night of Prestidigitation" and Michael showed the boys Magic's rich history while demonstrating his mastery of the art.[[Image:Example.jpg]]

Michael Vincent (magician) (born February 14, 1964 as Michael Vincent Louis) is a British magician who was the first triple winner of The Magic Circle's prestigious Close-Up Magician of the Year award (1983, 1991 and 2003).

Life

He first became interested in magic during 1970, after watching magicians David Nixon, Doug Henning, Fred Kaps and Slydini perform on television. Later being mentored by escapologist and magician Alan Alan, and studying with Slydini. He joined London's world-famous Magic Circle, eventually being awarded a life-membership, together with becoming a Gold Star (for performing excellence) member of the club's Inner Magic Circle.

Michael turned professional in 1991, and made many television appearances including Jim'll Fix It and The Paul Daniels Magic Show.

A regular performer at Hollywood's famous Magic Castle, he has been nominated for their 2007 Lecturer of the Year.

Michael lives in London and spends his time performing for corporate functions, private parties, weddings and product launches, together with mentoring magic students and lecturing at magical associations worldwide.

Recognized for his suave performance style, especially with playing cards, he continues to perform classical magic with a 21st Century twist.
