Chui-hui
* Voice Actor: Takayo Fischer

Chui-hui is known as "the True Master", a legendary martial-arts master of world renown despite her appearance as a small, elderly lady. Even already-skilled fighters try to seek her for further tutelage, including Robin. Chui-hui lives on a temple located on a mountain-top in China near a remote, agricultural village, though it appears that she also has a house and farm in that village. She has three animal guardians in the form of a bear, a snake, and a monkey, who are stationed in various places on the mountain and have human knowledge and speech. Each guardian excels in a different aspect of combat, and is put on the mountain to test anyone who wants to become the True Master’s student. If a person can climb up the mountain to her temple and defeat all three of her guardians without any weapons or technology before the sunset of the day they arrived, she will train them in battle. If not, they are immediately banished after some scolding from Chui-Hui.

She appears in the episode “The Quest”, when Robin is defeated by a martial artist who claims to have trained under the True Master. Upon realizing how much he still has to learn as a fighter, he too, seeks to become her protégé. Throughout the episode, she is only known as “The True Master”, her real name never stated. However, her real name was used in the end credits and on official websites.

Cron and Kai
* Voice Actors: David Sobolov (Cron), Rino Romano (Kai)

Cron and Kai are Centauri police that went to Earth to capture Blackfire. Their probes mistook Starfire for her sister (since they are the only two genetically altered Tamaranians). They did as well. This shows that they have trouble telling one Tamaranean from another. After Robin pointed out that there was another Tamaranean on Earth, Cron and Kai probably checked their data files and found the differences between Starfire and Blackfire, before taking the latter into custody and clearing the former of any wrongdoing. They haven't been seen since, but someone from their kind was among the soldiers working for Blackfire in "Betrothed."
Fixit
* Voice Actor: Tom Kenny

Fixit is a hermit and a cyborg, who can control machines with his mind. When Cyborg's power cell fails during a battle with Mumbo, Fixit finds Cyborg and takes him to be repaired in his home beneath the city. However, Fixit's "repairs" are actually aimed to remove the human parts of Cyborg, which he believes are inefficient. He then attempts to download Cyborg's memories, but is overwhelmed by the emotion and life. The Titans find Cyborg in time for him to explain to Fixit what it really means to be human. Fixit understands this and Cyborg offers to help him return to a life living a more human existence, an offer he accepts.

Fixit, apparently, wasn't made an Honorary Titan because he isn't given a communicator and isn't targeted by the Brotherhood of Evil, though they do consider him to be a close ally and Cyborg occasionally asks him to help redesign and repair the Titans' equipment. This is revealed in Teen Titans Go! #9. He also helped referee a baseball game between the Titans and a group of villains in issue #33.

Galfore
* Voice Actor: Alan Shearman

Galfore is the Tamaranean k'norfka (sort of the Tamaranian equivalent to a "nanny", "bodyguard", "parent", or "guardian") of Starfire. When she arrives on Tamaran for her marriage ceremony, he refers to her as Koriand'r (the first time in the series a character has been referred to by his/her real name - excluding Raven, of course, since that is her real name) and acts very loving and affectionate toward her. As her parents are not seen in the episode, he is likely her guardian and takes very good care of her - having said that he raised her since her birth and has "always expected great things" from his little Princess. When Starfire defeats Blackfire in battle, she receives the crown and becomes Grand Ruler of Tamaran, but she decides instead to return to Earth and abdicates, giving her crown to Galfore.

Larry
* Voice Actor: Dee Bradley Baker

Larry is the counterpart of Robin from another dimension. Cyborg proves that they share DNA and his real name is Nosyarg Kcid (which is Dick Grayson, the identity of the original Robin, spelled backwards). He has the power (housed in his right index finger) to bend reality to his whim, which he uses to watch Robin from his dimension. He claims to be Robin's biggest fan. He comes to the Titans' dimension to help fix Robin's broken arm, which he injured in an encounter with Johnny Rancid. Larry breaks his finger during an argument involving Larry trying to fix the broken arm, and accidentally "breaks" reality. Examples of the consequences are Beast Boy losing his mouth and speaking in pig Latin, Raven's hair turning into strange shapes, the T-Tower blowing a raspberry, and Starfire's head growing wings and separating from her body. As Larry's finger is broken, he can't reverse it, and the Titans are forced to go to the tower to fix it. After reality is fixed, Larry returns to his own dimension, but not before Robin offers him the chance to fix his broken arm one last time. He succeeds, but ends up trapping Robin in another reality as well.

On the episode that he appeared in, the theme song was sung in Japanese by Baker, Larry's voice actor.

Larry is very similar to Bat-Mite, a Batman-copying imp.

Melvin, Timmy, Teether, and Bobby
* Voice Actor: Russi Taylor (Melvin, Timmy), Tara Strong (Teether)

A small team of siblings (and Bobby, an "imaginary" teddy bear) who each have a special power.

The girl Melvin, was thought to have telekinesis by Raven. It is revealed that she actually has an invisible, giant animated teddy bear named Bobby. He is the only imaginary friend she has created. How her imaginary friend became real has never been shown. Also it's never said whether or not Bobby can be awake when Melvin is asleep or if he would get hurt if Melvin got hurt.

Timmy, the second oldest, throws earthquake and sonic boom inducing temper tantrums. He was given the nickname "Timmy Tantrum" when Raven asked Melvin, "What's wrong with Timmy Tantrum over there" to which Melvin replied, "His blankie's (blanket) ripped."

Teether, the baby, can eat any form of matter (much like the Legion of Superheroes' own Matter Eater Lad). Teether can also spit chewed up objects, firing them like bullets. He was probably the first one to like Raven and gave her his teething toy in "Hide and Seek".

Bobby is Melvin's "imaginary friend" resembling a large ragged teddy bear. In the episode "Hide and Seek," in which he debuts, his powers include super-strength (he's even stronger than Monsieur Mallah), invisibility, and the ability to leap great lengths. Melvin says he uses his invisibility to hide from people he doesn't trust (i.e. Raven, Mallah). This also leads Raven to believe that, since she couldn't see Bobby lifting or pushing things, Melvin had telekinesis, but could not control it, so she created Bobby to take the blame. In "Titans Together" he appears with Raven and his teammates. When Timmy, Teether, and Melvin go into battle, Bobby follows them and lets them ride atop his massive head while he fights the Brotherhood.

All three were in danger of the Brotherhood of Evil so Robin sends Raven to take them to safety. Raven at first disliked the children, but grew to care about them all and became a mother figure, even going so far and saying, "Nobody messes with my kids!" when they were captured. She tries to save them against Monsieur Mallah but each of the children themselves manages to take him down. Raven then made them all Honorary Titans.

It is unknown what happened to their parents. Melvin, Timmy Tantrum, and Teether made cameos in "Calling All Titans" without Bobby being seen. The four, including Bobby now visible, joined in the final battle against the Brotherhood of Evil, in the episode "Titans Together", where they are kept to the side by Raven during most of the battle.

Melvin, Timmy, and Teether (not Bobby) made an appearance in the comic book Teen Titans Go! in issue #42.

Sarasim
* Voice Actor: Kimberly Brooks

Sarasim is a warrior princess of long, long ago. Her tribe, which is under siege from a horde of monsters, is saved when Cyborg appears to defeat them. Impressed, Sarasim orders the vanquished warrior Krall to hand over his sword.

When Cyborg calls her people primitive and says they wouldn't know how to power his battery, she has them harness the power of a nearby stream to do the job. Together, she and Cyborg fight Krall and a band of green glowing frog-like energy creatures sent by an evil witch. The two develop a relationship, kissing twice. This is interrupted when Cyborg is whisked back to the present by Raven.

Raven shows Cyborg, who is concerned about Sarasim's fate, a book from her private library. The book tells of how Sarasim and her tribe beat the warrior named Krall, with the help of an armorless warrior (Cyborg without his tech).

On an interesting note, the creators have stated on the Titansgo.net forums that Sarasim's name is, surprisingly, not a take on schoolteacher Sarah Simms, who was the girlfriend of Cyborg's comic book counterpart. Sarah, however, does show up in the comics that are based of this series, 'Teen Titans Go!'

Her name is also close to 'Saracen,' an archaic English term for Muslims or people from the near east.

Silkie
* Voice Actor: Dee Bradley Baker

Silkie, or Larva M319, was at first one of the many mutant larvae created by Killer Moth who planned to take over the city with them once they had matured into their adult moth states ("Date With Destiny"). When the Teen Titans put an end to Killer Moth's schemes, Beast Boy bonded with one of the mutant larvae. Unknown to his friends, Beast Boy kept it as a pet at Titans Tower, naming it Silkie.

Beast Boy hid this secret for a very long time until one day after battling Johnny Rancid when the Titans returned home to find most of their furniture eaten. Beast Boy knew who was behind it, but didn't tell anyone except for Starfire, who decided to keep his secret, bonding to the creature while caring for him on Beast Boy's behalf. Not knowing what he ate, Starfire fed him some alien food from Tamaran (Zorka Berries), but Silkie reacted strangely to the substance and had a monstrous growth spurt. Unable to conceal his enormous presence, Starfire had no choice but to admit that she was caring for the not-so-little creature. Robin forced Starfire to get rid of Silkie before he ate the entire tower. Heartbroken, Starfire left Silkie on a remote island off the shore, inscribing the message "Please be kind to monster : )" into a rock for any future visitors. But as she prepared to go, Silkie grabbed on to her leg and refused to let go. Trying to hold back her tears, Star was forced to apply a small starbolt to Silkie's arm, releasing her from his grip as he backed away, hurt and confused at his "mommy's" harsh actions.

Star would not be separated from her "bumgorf" for long, as Silkie's "father," Killer Moth, found him and transformed him into a monstrous moth. The lepidopterized Silkie battled the Titans, but became deeply confused about where his loyalties lay, recalling the pains and kindnesses each "parent" had brought him. Suddenly, and without warning, Silkie exploded in a blinding flash, leaving nothing but gobs of pink goo in his wake. Emotionally crushed, Star walked steadily to the remains of her dear friend, only to hear a peculiar noise. Sifting through the pink residue, she discovered her little Silkie, alive, elated, and back to his original form. He hadn't exploded: he had merely molted. The two were reunited and it was discovered that the pink residue was actually an edible compound which, tasted just like Starfire's alien food, which both proceeded to eat (to the disgust of the other Titans). ("Can I Keep Him?")

Silkie cameos in other Teen Titans episodes, but does not play any role, rather acting as background flavor and incidental humor:

* "X" - Silkie appears after Beast Boy's theory chart falls down.

* "Episode 257 - 494" — Starfire is seen walking Silkie in the beginning of the episode.

* "The Quest" — When the other Titans all don spare Robin costumes while Robin himself is away, Silkie is seen also wearing a larvae-sized Robin costume, munching on a slice of pizza.

* "For Real" — When Control Freak arrives at Titans Tower intending to ambush the Titans, he finds only Silkie in residence (the Titans having left to deal with the Brotherhood of Evil); the two bump into each other in a darkened room, and recoil in fright when they catch sight of one another. Silkie later curls up beside Control Freak after he falls asleep waiting for the Titans to return. Also, while cosplaying as the members of the Titans, and dressed as Cyborg, Control Freak fires Silkie from his sonic cannon.

* "Haunted" — As the episode opens, there is a close-up of Silkie sleeping.

* "Stranded" - During an ill-executed effort of Beast Boy to repair Cyborg by hitting him with a sledgehammer, Silkie can briefly be seen among the parts thrown up with each hit.

* "Mother Mae-Eye" - After Mother Mae-Eye is sucked into the pie at the end of the episode, and when the Titans are looking down at the pie,you can see Silkie is with the Titans, looking at the pie too.

* "The Lost Episode" - Silkie is seen sampling some of Starfire's food as she cooks yet another strange Tamaranian meal.

* "Trouble in Tokyo" — As the opening credits are seen, Robin takes his backpack from under Silkie, then replaces the backpack with another one of his many uniforms.

When Starfire left with the other Titans traveling to save other Titans, they asked Titans East to watch over the tower, so Más y Menos took over for Starfire in caring for Silkie ("For Real"). Starfire and Silkie have such a strong relationship that in "Calling all Titans", Starfire desired to get the mission done quickly by splitting up (when Beast Boy mentioned to stay together) so she could see Silkie again.

Tramm
* Voice Actor: Dave Coulier

Aqualad's Fish mechanic and friend. Somewhat similar in appearance to the comics character Lagoon Boy. Tramm helps the Titans fix their T-Sub in "Deep Six". He also takes over Beast Boy's spot in the T-Sub when battling Trident. He speaks in gibberish (which Aqualad seems to understand), and has the appearance of a child with webbed hands and feet, scales, and a fish-like head. In "Calling All Titans", he becomes large and muscular when challenged to fight, transforming his size in a way similar to that of a pufferfish. This is also very similar to an ability of Lagoon Boy's. Although he defeats XL Terrestrial and meets up with Aqualad, they are both overpowered by Plasmus and Trident. When he is freed by Más y Menos, he fights alongside Aqualad to defeat the Brotherhood of Evil.

In issue #32 of Teen Titans Go! series, Aqualad says that Lanista tried to kidnap and recruit Tramm. As it turns out, several Titans had been kidnapped and forced to participate in arena fights for the amusement of spectators. The Titans are able to quickly find and free their kidnapped friends.

Val-Yor
* Voice Actor: Stephen Root

Val-Yor appeared in the episode "TROQ", helped to defeat The Locrix, and subsequently fell out of favour with the Titans due to his prejudice against Tamarianians, Starfire's race.

The episode title, TROQ, is a Tamaranian word which means "nothing", and which is used as a slur. Val-Yor at first uses this term to refer to Starfire, but later, after she saves his life and helps him complete his mission, he says that she's 'the good kind', which still was found offensive.
Still, this racist attitude eventually sunders his relationship with the Titans and he returns to his own planet of Vernathia. Val-Yor looks like Captain Atom from JLU. His name and powers may be based on Valor.

Enemies
Many of these foes appeared in "Homecoming: Part 2" in a cameo role.

Adonis
* Voice Actor: Greg Cipes

Adonis is a lanky young man in a mechanical suit which gives him powers similar to those of Cyborg. In "The Beast Within", he fights Beast Boy, but loses the fight when both combatants get covered in a strange liquid substance. The substance causes each person to not only have a fierce tone of voice and rude behavior, but also causes them to become a hulking primitive beast when under extreme pressure. The other Titans believed that Beast Boy attacked Raven, landing her in the Titans Tower infirmary. However, the real culprit is revealed to be Adonis when Robin and Cyborg witness a battle between Beast Boy and Adonis, which BB wins. The chemicals are subsequently removed from Beast Boy's body, though he still claims he can feel "the beast". It is unknown what happened to Adonis, but his DNA likely returned to normal too, as he reappeared in the episode "Overdrive", where he faces the unrivaled fury of Cyborg.

Adonis appears in a short cameo during "Revved up" during Season 5, flying past in a yellow car; the color change was due to too many villains having the red/black colors combination (i.e. Red X, Mumbo, Johnny Rancid, Puppet King).

Adonis (with blue armor) appeared again in the finale arc of season 5, where he and Atlas attempted to defeat Pantha under orders from the Brotherhood of Evil. He fails, but returns to the Brotherhood base, where he and three others see Cinderblock (really under the control of titan Jericho). Jericho switches from Cinderblock to Private H.I.V.E. and Adonis's armor is sucked into another dimension by Herald. In his weakened state, he is easily trashed by a kick from Herald. He is not present in the final battle. Adonis can be injured easily even with his armor as seen when Más stomped on Adonis' foot. He ended up being frozen at the Brotherhood of Evil's base.

Angel
* Voice Actor: Angel has no lines.

Angel is a H.I.V.E. student who first made a cameo appearance in "Deception" and seemed to be friends with Kyd Wykkyd. She later helps out the Brotherhood of Evil and appears alongside Punk Rocket to take out Bumblebee (more specifically, Punk Rocket distracts Bumblebee with his sound attacks and gives Angel the opportunity to knock Bumblebee from the sky with her wings; they are seen giving chase to the falling Bumblebee but apparently lose her, as Bumblebee is not captured and later appears to save Beast Boy's group). Her known powers are flight and enlarging her wings to attack her opponent. She participates in the final battle, but is frozen by Más y Menos. She is only seen attacking Raven as combat in the final battle. She was frozen at the Brotherhood of Evil's base along with the rest of the villains.
Atlas
* Voice Actor: Keith David

Atlas is a large red-and-yellow robot that enjoys video games and is obsessed with winning. He possesses great strength and is extremely durable. Atlas is also equipped with multiple weapons. He thinks of himself as superior to everyone else (he refers to himself only in the third person, a trait common to megalomaniacs) and believes robots are superior to humans and other organisms.

When Cyborg defeated Atlas in a video game, Atlas ordered a rematch and Cyborg accepted. However, it turned into an actual fight that started when Atlas melted a hole in the wall directly behind the television. He later captured the rest of the Teen Titans and Cyborg went after him. Cyborg was forced to push himself beyond his supposed 100% cybernetic strength limit, and prevailed in the final battle.

Atlas had a servant, Spike, whom he treated poorly. However, he was dependent upon Spike to equip his weapons and tools and to maintain him. Spike left Atlas when Cyborg defeated him, having realized the threat his master posed to the world of humanity, and that he does not need to remain a slave.

In "Calling All Titans", Atlas was sent to take down the mighty Pantha. He received much-needed backup from Adonis, but the honorary Titan still managed to defeat them. In the final battle in "Titans Together", his right leg was sliced off by the sword master Bushido. His still-functioning parts were flash-frozen by Más y Menos.

Apparently, even after Cyborg defeated him, Atlas was still obsessed with fighting him. He attempts to challenge Cyborg in Teen Titans Go! #20. In the process, he unwittingly sucks Starfire and Raven into an online video game world.

Atlas's name is most likely derived from the Greek titan named Atlas, who was supposed to have held the heavens on his shoulders.

Billy Numerous
* Voice Actor: Jason Marsden

Billy Numerous is a minor villain and student at the H.I.V.E. Academy in the Teen Titans animated series. He has made a cameo appearance in the episode "Deception". He is the primary villain in the episode "Overdrive", where he challenges Cyborg. His power is self-duplication. Billy is known to brag about his many crimes around Jump City to his clones (his only friends) and is famous around H.I.V.E. for his ego. The Titans defeat him by using holograms to counter his natural self-duplication powers, causing him to push his power past its limit. He later becomes a member of the H.I.V.E. F.I.V.E. Billy Numerous and Gizmo are sent to capture Kole and Gnaark on the orders of the Brotherhood of Evil. When Beast Boy's group of Titans attacks the Brotherhood at their secret hideout, Billy Numerous attempts to overpower Pantha, but is easily defeated. He attempts to get away with the remaining members of the H.I.V.E. F.I.V.E., but is stopped by Kid Flash and a reformed Jinx. He is later frozen by Menos.

Brushogun
* Voice Actor: Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa

Brushogun is a supervillain from Tokyo, long considered a myth. He was once a manga artist who fell in love with a woman he drew. He used Japanese dark magic to bring her to life, but she cursed him with the ability to create living ink drawings. Brushogun was believed responsible for various criminal outbreaks in Tokyo and for the appearance of a ninja at Titans Tower, which prompted the Titans to go to Tokyo to track him down. After battling several of his "ink criminals", the Titans trace him to a manga factory, where they find that he is a frail elderly man hooked up to a giant printing press. Innocent of any wrongdoing, he was being held captive by Police Commander Uehara Daizo, who forced Brushogun to create criminals for Daizo to capture and thus appear to be a hero. When Daizo jumps into Brushogun's vat of magical ink, he emerges as an ink monster, which absorbs Brushogun. Robin defeats the monster by pulling Brushogun out of it, causing the ink creature to revert back to Daizo. After thanking the Titans, Brushogun vanishes, presumably dead. His name is a portmanteau of "brush" and "shogun".

Cash and Sammy
* Voice Actor: James Arnold Taylor (Cash), Matt Levin (Sammy)

Cash and his pal Sammy are two teenage boys who love getting into trouble. In "Car Trouble", the pair stole Cyborg's newly-built T-Car and raced with it in Crash Alley, but they lost the vehicle to Gizmo. After Cyborg defeated Overload, Cash and Sammy were arrested along with Overload and Gizmo.

Both Cash and Sammy's names come from Teen Titans producer Sam Register–Sammy for his first name, Cash for his last.

Cinderblock
* Voice Actor: Dee Bradley Baker

Cinderblock is a humanoid monster made of concrete. He has incredible strength and is instrumental to many of Slade's plans. In the first episode, "Divide and Conquer", he is used to break Plasmus out of prison. In "Apprentice" (Part 1), Slade used him to separate Robin from the other Titans. He was easily defeated by a furious Robin who finds a tracking device on Cinderblock's hand which leads Robin to Slade. In "Aftershock" (Part 1), Terra breaks him out of jail and is sent to distract Robin and Starfire. He is later fused with Plasmus and Overload to become Ternion as a detriment to the Titans. He also acts as a villain in other episodes. His last few appearances were in "Haunted" where he fights the titans in the beginning of the episode, and in "Calling All Titans" where he aided the Brotherhood of Evil. The Brotherhood of Evil used him and Johnny Rancid to defeat Más y Menos, but in the confusion of the battle, Cinderblock and Johnny Rancid only managed to capture Menos, and Más escaped. Cinderblock was instrumental in Beast Boy's plan to infiltrate the Brotherhood of Evil's secret base. Más lured Cinderblock into the open. BB rammed him from behind in his Rhino transformation. Pantha caught him and thrust him to the side. The Herald used his horn to suck him into a different dimension, then release him right next to Jericho, who jumped on to his chest, made eye-contact and took over his body. Cinderblock (Jericho) then carried the other four titans (Beast Boy, Pantha, Más, and the Herald) into the base as a "capture". Jericho leaves his body for Private H.I.V.E.'s and Cinderblock falls unconscious. He comes to and helps in the final battle. Cinderblock has never shown himself to be much of a threat to the team. The marble mammoth was originally based on the Batman villain Blockbuster, but was changed so much that he was renamed. While Jericho possesses him, he accidentally reveals that Cinderblock can speak coherently but simply lacks the intellect to do so. He was frozen with the other villains at the Brotherhood of Evil's base.

Cinderblock's voice actor, Dee Bradley Baker, was incidentally also the voice of the statue guide Olmec on the Nickelodeon game show Legends of the Hidden Temple. Whether this was meant to be an in-joke is unclear.

Cironielian Chrysalis Eater
* Voice Actor: Cathy Cavadini

There are rare occasions where a Tamaranian during their transformation (puberty), become a Chrysalis. Unfortunately, some don't survive due to creatures called Chrysalis Eaters. Chrysalis Eaters are known to eat Tamaranians in the Chrysalis stage. One stalked Starfire in space when she was going through her transformation and disguised herself as a humanoid woman (her appearance looking similar to that of Mysa, the White Witch from the Legion of Super Heroes) before revealing her spider-like true identity to Starfire. The other Titans appear as Starfire is freed from the cocoon by Robin to find her emerging normal with a new power: shooting beams out of her eyes. She uses this power to send the Chrysalis Eater through the wall and the Chrysalis Eater lands in front of a man-eating plant which eats her. The creature's apparent place of origin is named for show crew member Ciro Nieli.
Fang
* Voice Actor: Will Friedle

Fang is the original boyfriend of Kitten, the daughter of the supervillain Killer Moth. He is a mutant, with a particularly disturbing appearance: he has a giant four-legged spider for a head. Despite his grotesque appearance, Fang speaks normally (that is, like a human). Fang was arrested with his girlfriend and her father in "Date with Destiny". In "Revved Up" he was seen next in a race with his girlfriend Kitten, but taken out when Red X cuts their limo in half. He also joined the Brotherhood of Evil and, with Private H.I.V.E., unsuccessfully tried to defeat Jericho. Later, he temporarily stopped the Herald's horn from working with a gray web blast from his mouth, allowing the Titan to be captured. During the final battle, he is captured by Speedy and frozen by Más y Menos.

Fang is (very loosely) based on Black Spider, a Batman villain. His powers are the ability to move at surprising speeds (outracing the T-Car) over any surface – horizontal, vertical, or diagonal - via his spider legs, to jump vast distances (again via his spider legs), to vomit thick streamers of sticky goo (presumably a form of webbing), and to fire "venom beams" which inflict paralysis.

Fire Monster (Inpachi)
Only appearing in the episode Forces of Nature, little can be understood about Fire. An enormous humanoid being of flames, it was summoned by a magic ritual set up by Slade and completed by Thunder and Lightning. Apparently, it could rekindle its flames from warm coals. It was only stopped after Thunder and Lightning used their powers to make rain.

Although Fire doesn't appear again, Slade is shown with an army of similar (but smaller) creatures in The End, actually minions of Trigon. They were destroyed when Raven destroyed their master.
H.I.V.E. Headmistress
* Voice Actor: Andrea Romano (Teen Titans voice director)

Seen in "Final Exam". She sent Gizmo, Jinx, and Mammoth to destroy the Teen Titans in order to gain Slade's business. They failed and were punished. Later, Brother Blood is seen commanding the school from "Deception" and onwards, where the Hive Mistress appears on a milk carton stating "MISSING". Surprisingly, the headmistress has appeared (in cameos) twice in the fifth season. She is frozen by Más y Menos in "Titans Together".

I.N.S.T.I.G.A.T.O.R.
* Voice Actor: I.N.S.T.I.G.A.T.O.R. has no lines.

The I.N.S.T.I.G.A.T.O.R. is a Teen Titans villain who has appeared only in the background scenes so far. He has a giant M.O.D.O.K.-like head, and the body of a H.I.V.E. drone robot. Thus far, he has only been seen as a H.I.V.E. student, in the episode "Deception" and in the gigantic villain line up at the end of "Homecoming Part 2" and has had no speaking parts. The only time you can see it in battle is in "Calling all Titans" when the Brotherhood of Evil ordered it to take down Thunder and in "Titans Together" when he body-checks Pantha in the Brotherhood base, allowing her to be captured by Steamroller. He is frozen by Más y Menos during the final battle.

According to his character designer, Derrick Wyatt, I.N.S.T.I.G.A.T.O.R. stands for: Integrated Neural System Techno-Intelligence Gyroscopic Atomic Tactical Organic Robot.

Johnny Rancid
* Voice Actor: Henry Rollins

Johnny Rancid is a villain in Teen Titans. His personality and appearance is a mix of a punk rocker and the stereotypical bad biker, with a little Lobo thrown in for good measure. He seems to care little for anything. He is a great motorcycle rider and may be good at mechanics, since he later appears with some robotic "pet" monsters. Johnny makes rude jokes at people, especially Robin, who he refers to as "Bird Boy". He is usually just a normal human, but when Larry the Titan breaks his magic finger and turns everything topsy-turvy, Johnny takes control of Larry's unleashed power and becomes a muscular grayish brute able to wield red energy. When Larry uses his powers to revert everything back to normal, Johnny loses his powers and crashes into the earth. He later returns with his robotic pet "dog" named Wrex, which is taken down by the Titans. Later in the episode, he returns again with Wrexzilla (a gigantic version of Wrex), but is devoured by Silkie under control of Killer Moth. When Silkie finished molting, the Jump City police found Johnny nearly unconscious in the goop that the moth left behind, and he is subsequently arrested. In Season Five, Rancid has a new motorcycle with similar powers to the bike he used in the latter half of Fractured. His motorcycle was destroyed by Red X in "Revved Up." Later in the season, he appears with a fixed bike and teams up with Cinderblock to capture Más y Menos, but succeeds only in capturing Menos. During the same scene he takes the same brutish form as he was in the episode 'Fractured'. He was later frozen by Mas y Menos in the final battle with the Brotherhood of Evil. His name is a play on Johnny Rotten and the punk band Rancid.

Kardiak
Kardiak resembles a giant mechanical heart. Its abilities include floating, a vast suction power from its valves, and the ability to change the shape of its valves into other mechanical objects.

It appeared to be independent in its debut episode, "Spellbound". For reasons unknown, Kardiak has an affinity for capturing and devouring small children. Its shape-shifting powers are especially useful to it here, as it uses them to create a jack-in-the-box to lure several children closer. At first, Raven used a spell to break it (possibly symbolic to Raven's heart being broken later in the episode), causing the Titans to think it was destroyed. However, it was able to regenerate and later attacked and kidnapped a girl from her bed. Raven used dark magic she learned from Malchior on it to defeat it.

Kardiak somehow returns as a member in the Brotherhood of Evil. In "Calling All Titans" The Brotherhood of Evil ordered Kardiak go after Beast Boy, but he overpowered it. Somehow, it returned to the Brotherhood base and fought in the final battle. It is frozen by Más y Menos.

Kardiak was not based on anyone from the Teen Titans comic book. It was created specifically for the show. It is notable for being the one of the few characters in the show without a voice actor (due to the fact that it is a machine and therefore does not speak).

Katarou
* Voice Actor: Keone Young

Katarou is a martial artist who is the rival of Robin in "The Quest". He defeated Robin in combat, at which point Robin goes to seek the "True Master", supposedly the most skilled martial artist in the world. Katarou claimed to have trained with the True Master, but it was revealed that he failed in his attempt to reach the True Master. He is apprehended by the guardians of the mountain where the True Master (who is actually a woman named Chu-Hui) lives. He defeated Bushido for the Brotherhood of Evil. Bushido then returned the favor in the final battle, landing a square kick on the chest. He was frozen in ice by Más y Menos.
Kitten
* Voice Actor: Tara Strong

Kitten is the spoiled daughter of supervillain Killer Moth. Her name and choice of weapon may be an homage to Ann-Margret's titular juvenile delinquent from 1965's "Kitten with a Whip".

After breaking up with her spider-headed boyfriend Fang, she had her father force Robin to be her prom date, threatening to unleash an army of giant moths if he doesn't. Her plan was defeated, and she, Killer Moth, and Fang were all sent to jail. Kitten has since reappeared in the lair of the Brotherhood of Evil (even though she doesn't have any powers, except for her fiery slashing rope she carries around with her, but was probably sent there because of the fight with Starfire in "Date with Destiny") in "Homecoming Part 2", and then again with Fang in a race in "Revved Up". This all led up to her attacking Starfire with her father on the Brotherhood's orders in "Calling All Titans." However, she apparently loses Starfire in the mayhem, as Starfire shows up with Red Star and Bumblebee to save Beast Boy and the others. She is later frozen by Más y Menos.

In Teen Titans Go! #41, Kitten dresses up as female versions of several of the Teen Titans enemies, claiming to be their daughters. For example Pink X (Red X), Marionette (The Puppet King), Mad Maud (Mad Mod), Daughter Blood (Brother Blood) and Joy Stick (Control Freak). A newspaperclip on a panel shows her in a Slade-like outfit, resembling Ravager (Rose Wilson). This is considered a play on Duela Dent, a Former-Teen Titan and occasional villain, who would confound Robin by claiming to be the daughter of assorted member of the Batman Rogue Gallery.

Krall
* Voice Actor: Michael Clarke Duncan

Krall is a warrior from circa 3000 B.C., in the tribe of Sarasim. He makes a deal with a witch to bring help from the future to make him the greatest warrior in the land, so he can overthrow Sarasim and become the tribe's leader. The witch actually brings Cyborg from the future, who uncovers Krall's plot and defeats him. The witch then makes Krall powerful by physically fusing him with evil creatures and monsters she has been unleashing upon the tribe, at which point he attacks the tribe himself. Cyborg helps defend the tribe, but it brought back to the future before he can defeat Krall. Raven reveals one of her ancient books to Cyborg that shows a depiction of the tribe defeating Krall. Having been killed by Sarasim, Krall could not (and didn't) return in Season Five, though the witch whom he employed to help him does appear (implying that she is either capable of time travel, is extremely long-lived, or it was just a mistake).

Kyd Wykkyd
* Voice Actor: Kyd Wykkyd has no lines.

Kyd Wykkyd is a mysterious villain who was once a student at the H.I.V.E. Academy. He never talks, and may, in fact, be physically incapable of speaking. After Cyborg and the Titans destroyed the H.I.V.E. and the various students became renegade villains, Wykkyd joined the H.I.V.E. F.I.V.E. with Billy Numerous, supposedly in hopes of making a name for himself. However, the group was defeated by Kid Flash. Kyd Wykkyd can use his cape to teleport or create small other-dimensional portals, and is an apparently mute member of the H.I.V.E. F.I.V.E. Kyd Wykkyd's powers are very similar to Raven's powers. His costume also greatly resembles a hybrid of the costumes of Batman and Zoltar from the Gatchaman anime series. Kyd Wykkyd fights Raven alongside Psimon in "Calling All Titans," but they do not manage to defeat her. He attempts to escape with the remaining members of the H.I.V.E Five and is frozen by Más y Menos, but not before witnessing Jinx's betrayal to the side of good.

Locrix
The Locrix are a techno-organic race and also Val-Yor's enemies. They seem to be a vicious, bullying species and have been seen harassing some aliens who also appeared in "Transformation". They aren't given much character, as the central aspect of this episode is Val-Yor's racism toward Starfire. Eventually most, if not all, of the Locrix were "unplugged" when Starfire destroyed the mechanical core that powers them. One was held prisoner by Gordanians in "Go!". No representative of them joined the Brotherhood of Evil.

Malchior
* Voice Actor: Greg Ellis

According to a being in one of Raven's spell books, going by the name of "Malchior", a thousand years ago, a wizard of the same name faced off against the evil dragon Rorek. Malchior eventually beat the dragon, but Rorek trapped Malchior in a book for eternity, a book which eventually found its way to Titans Tower and into Raven's hands. Raven falls in love with him and he teaches her many "dark magic" spells. He makes himself a body out of old text pages so he can come into the real world to teach her. She discovers the true nature of Malchior's spells when the Titans face Kardiak and when she confronts him about it, he merely dismisses them as misunderstood, just like Raven herself. Raven lets Malchior out of the book right before she discovers that Malchior (who is actually the dragon and Rorek the wizard) changed the book so that he is the wizard and Rorek is the dragon. The dragon escapes through the roof of Titans Tower, where the Titans try fruitlessly to subdue him. Eventually, Raven uses the curse originally performed by Rorek to seal him in the book again. He later seemed to have been freed, and was a member of the Brotherhood of Evil. He respawned into dragon form during the final battle, and attempted to incinerate Melvin, Timmy, Teether, and Bobby. Herald jumped in the way and, with a blow of his horn, pulled Malchior into another dimension.

Master of Games
* Voice Actor: Jim Cummings

The Master of Games is a character who takes the male Titans, along with Gizmo, Hot Spot, Wildebeest, Aqualad, and Speedy to his own world in order to have a Tournament of Heroes. However, the heroes discover his real motive is to take their powers using his magic amulet. They defeat him and return to their own world. Raven, Starfire, Terra, and five other unannounced super-heroines are then transported to his world for the Tournament of Heroines, although this is not seen on-screen.

He later returns as a member of the Brotherhood of Evil, and turns up during the final battle. After being punched away by Pantha, he was later frozen by Más y Menos.

Mother Mae-Eye
* Voice Actor: Billie Hayes

Mother Mae-Eye is a villain who is based on typical witches from fairy tales and fictional pieces, mainly the witch of Hansel and Gretel. She is a mystical being looking like a green-skinned, wart-faced hag/ogre with three eyes and a crooked nose. In her human form, however, she appears as a pudgy, kindly woman with a red-and-white dress and apron, and a red cap with white polka dots. In reality, she is an "evil witch" and energy vampire that feeds on the love and kindness of her victims, whom she refers to as her children regardless of their physical age.

Mother Mae-Eye first appears sealed in a pie, which Cyborg mistakenly buys from a gypsy at night and brings to Titans Tower, when she is subsequently released. She puts the Titans under mind control by constantly feeding them magical pie, after which they in turn have hallucinations that she is their mother (in the form of them referring to her as "Mother" or Mother Mae-Eye and the Titans being the "perfect children" and "little ones", among other terms of endearment), whilst she uses the situation to feed on their love, which appears as a pink mist emitting from the Titans' foreheads. When a lot of pie is consumed by the Titans, they regress back to the usual behavior of children, evident by the way the other Titans taunted Starfire after she destroyed the cookie soldiers (Mae-Eye's henchmen, which she can mass-produce). She also redecorates the Tower to accommodate a "cutesy" and "gingerbread house" image, much to the anger of Cyborg (near the end of the episode). She also speaks baby talk to the Titans throughout most of the episode, and gives them cute nicknames like "Rae-Rae" for Raven and "Twinkle Star" for Starfire.

She is occasionally strict and overbearing, but mostly motherly and sweet to the Titans, as she dresses them up in childish attire for their "safety" during a mission, which she assumes is the kids wanting to play outside. For example, Raven getting a Shirley Temple dress and braided pigtails and Beast Boy getting a bunny suit. When the "Hive Five" (composed of Jinx, Gizmo, Mammoth, Private H.I.V.E., and See-More) attack, they find themselves helpless in their new outfits (or in Robin's case, his weapons being replaced with either childish or infantile items) until Mother Mae-Eye helps them, by whacking the five "nasty children" with her purse. Because Starfire receives a bump on the head, she sees the truth behind Mother Mae-Eye and releases the other Titans from her spell the same way - by whacking them over their heads with Mother's rolling pin. The Titans figure out her love-extracting plan and come up with a plan to banish Mother back into the pie. After sealing Mother back into the pie she came in, they decide to deliver it to the hideout of the Hive Five.

Mother Mae-Eye's name is a play on the name of the popular child's game, "Mother May I?". Also, the character even says "You didn't say 'Mother, may I?'.", alluding to the game.

Mother Mae-Eye somehow returned, and joined the Brotherhood of Evil, but she was defeated along with the other villains, disappearing when she hits the floor near the end of the fight.

Mother Mae-Eye could be play off of Brother Blood's loyal servant, Mother Mayhem. She also seems similar to Granny Goodness.

Mumbo
* Voice Actor: Tom Kenny

Mumbo is a turquoise-skinned madcap magician with a twisted sense of humor, and is usually not a major threat. He is hinted to be a frequent small-scale nuisance in the flashback scenes in the Season Two episode "Aftershock Part II". His powers are limited to small-time spells based on stage magic. He also is human, and can turn into his magician form by saying "Mumbo-Jumbo".

He first appeared in Season One episode "The Sum of His Parts", in which he battled the Titans in a junkyard after being confronted following a jewel theft. After he flees the scene and Cyborg goes missing, the Titans mistakenly believe Mumbo has something to do with his disappearance, and pursue him. After a chase throughout the city, they catch him and break his wand, turning him into an ordinary human. Upon learning that he wasn't involved in Cyborg's absence, the Titans head back to the junkyard. His role in this episode is much like that of Control Freak in "Fear Itself," and the unknown creature in "Things Change."

In the Season Three episode, "Bunny Raven" (also known as "How to Make a Titananimal Disappear"), he sucked the Titans into a pocket dimension inside his hat, where his powers were much stronger. He was able to turn the Titans into animal forms (Robin into a monkey, Cyborg into a bear, Starfire into a cat, and Raven into a bunny) in which their powers were useless (with the exception of Beast Boy, now a table lamp, who went from transforming into animals to transforming into inanimate objects). After a humiliating show with such stunts as pulling Raven out of his hat and turning Cyborg into a dancing bear (in front of an audience of Mumbo look-a-likes), Raven finally outsmarted him by having Robin and Beast Boy (as a paintbrush) paint them to blend in with the stage during the intermission. Before Mumbo could perform his Grand Finale - making them disappear, literally - Raven hit him with a hard kick, sending them all back into the real world, where Mumbo was easily arrested. Mumbo sang a song called "Master of your Fate" in this episode, performed by Tom Kenny.

Though his hat was taken by Raven at the end of "Bunny Raven", he somehow reclaimed it since then, as he is wearing it in "Homecoming Part 2". Mumbo also appeared as one of the racers in "Revved Up." He was frozen by Más y Menos during the final battle.

His alter ego makes an appearance in "The Lost Episode". He's apparently a conductor.

Mumbo was created for the animated series, and is not based on anyone from the Teen Titans comic book.

Starfire apparently kept a Mumbo alarm clock next to her bed. During the episode "Mother Mae-Eye", when Mother attempts to turn the Titans into pie, she turns Starfire's room into an oven. When she turns on the heat, the Mumbo clock melts. This clock also appears in the episode "How Long is Forever".

It is possible that the character of Mumbo was based loosely on the Flash villain Abra Kadabra.

Nufu and Bob
* Voice Actor: Rob Paulsen (Nufu), Tom Kane (Bob)

Nufu is a species controlled by "The Source" who uses 'Nufu Soldiers or Bob' to capture cows which power their ships. It is also used to create synthetic meat products being sold at the Mega Meaty Meat restaurant, which serves as a cover for the spaceship. Nufu's only known weakness is water... or someone eating it. The latter was defeated in this way, as Cyborg ate him at the end of the episode "Employee of the Month". The species name is a play off of 'tofu'.

Bob is a servant of the Nufu Source. There are a lot of them made from the Nufu substance. The Bob that Beast Boy got a job with served as the manager of a meaty restaurant which was actually The Source's hideout disguised. He and his clones were defeated when Beast Boy exposed them to water.

Both Bob and "The Source" popped up amongst the villain assortment in the Brotherhood of Evil, but didn't appear in the final battle.
Overload
* Voice Actor: James Arnold Taylor (1st Time), Dee Bradley Baker (2nd Time)

Overload is a villain in the Teen Titans animated series. It is an electric monster controlled by a small circuit board. Its powers are firing bursts of electricity and the ability to control machinery (as seen in the episode "Car Trouble"). It is extremely vulnerable to water, which reduces him to his circuit board form.

It appeared to be independent in its debut episode, "Car Trouble", as it could talk and battle at will. Slade later used it in his plans by send it to battle Raven. By that episode, it had changed in appearance and size, going from looking like a simple white monster to having metal in its body and turning slightly blue. During the episode "Aftershock Part II", it was fused into the monster Ternion (along with Plasmus and Cinderblock), which was defeated. He fought Lightning by order of the Brotherhood of Evil. During the final battle, Killowat absorbs Overload, leaving the circuit board behind. The circuit board is later frozen by Más y Menos.

Overload was not based on anyone from the Teen Titans comic book. It was created specifically for the show. Although he has appeared in later shows, Overload only speaks in his debut episode "Car Trouble".

Private H.I.V.E.
* Voice Actor: Greg Cipes

Private H.I.V.E. is a Teen Titans villain from the infamous H.I.V.E. Academy, after which this villain has named himself. He was first seen briefly in "Deception". In "Mother Mae-Eye", Private H.I.V.E. forms the H.I.V.E. F.I.V.E. with four other H.I.V.E. students: Jinx, Gizmo, Mammoth, and See-More. The H.I.V.E. F.I.V.E. was defeated in "Mother Mae-Eye" and later joined up with the Brotherhood of Evil, but Private H.I.V.E. was not seen with his other teammates when they took on Kid Flash, so it is unknown what happened to him. He appears later on to help Fang unsuccessfully take down Jericho. Then, inside the Brotherhood of Evil's base, he discovers that Cinderblock is really Jericho in disguise (more specifically, Private H.I.V.E. compliments Cinderblock on capturing Beast Boy and the others and Jericho foolishly replies "thanks" through Cinderblock's body, not realizing that the real Cinderblock never talks), but Jericho astral-projects out of Cinderblock and into Private H.I.V.E.'s body before he can stop him. Private H.I.V.E. fights in the final battle, both under, and later free of, Jericho's control, but is defeated by the might of so many Titans assembled. He is frozen by Más y Menos.

His voice resembles that of the stereotypical military man. His use of a shield, and military-themed name, lend to the idea that he is a villainous teenaged version of Golden Age hero the Guardian, or Marvel Comics' hero Captain America.

In the Teen Titans Go! comic book series, Private H.I.V.E. participates in a series of arena fights against various Titans who have been kidnapped and forced to fight against their will for the entertainment of spectators and General Immortus. After a fight against the Titan Gnaark, General Immortus, impressed with the Private's fighting skills, recruits him to help infiltrate the Titans Tower. They escape the arena just as the other Titans show up to help rescue their kidnapped companions. However, Private H.I.V.E. is betrayed by the General, who uses him to keep the Tower's defense systems occupied while he slips inside.Both of them are captured by the Titans soon afterwards. Private H.I.V.E., realizing that General Immortus had no intention of rescuing or caring for him, comes to regret his decisions and ponders changing his villainous lifestyle, in a similar manner to Jinx.

Professor Chang
* Voice Actor: James Hong

Professor Chang is a villainous mad scientist. He runs an underground operation providing supplies for higher-tier villains. Apparently, Robin once forced him to hand over xenothium, the fictional power source for his Red X armor which first appeared in the Season One episode "Masks". Later, in the Season Three episode "X", Robin went to him expecting the thief who had taken the Red X suit to hit there in search of more xenothium. He had none left, and sent him to a heavily guarded storage facility where xenothium was held. It turned out to be a trap to get the xenothium for himself to power his new laser turret in his plans to step into the spotlight himself. He remarked, "I'm tired of supplying for the big boys, now I'm ready to be one." Red X teamed up with Robin to destroy his cannon, and Professor Chang was imprisoned.

Later, he escaped prison, and Brother Blood employed him to assist him augment himself with Cyborg's technology. Blood intended to convert all his students (which at the time included the mind-controlled Titans East) into half-human half-machines, like Cyborg, before the Teen Titans - the original team - stopped him.

Professor Chang later appears in a cameo in the Season Five episode "Snowblind". He is frequently seen (both with and without his equipment) in Red Star's flashback scene of how he received his deadly powers. He joined the Brotherhood of Evil and helps them flash-freeze the captured heroes. However, Más frees Menos, and the reunited duo freezes Chang and his scientists/bodyguards.

Professor Chang's name is a reference to the show's director, Michael Chang. He was created for the animated series, and has no counterpart in the comics. The character may be based on Hannibal Chew, a geneticist from the film Blade Runner. Chew appears in only one scene, where he is wearing an environment suit much like Chang's. In fact, Chew was played by actor James Hong, who provides Professor Chang's voice.
Punk Rocket
* Voice Actor: Greg Ellis

Punk Rocket is a rock and roll villain who caused trouble for the Teen Titans in "The Lost Episode", a promotional episode for Post Cereals. Punk Rocket is a known rock enthusiast (his name is an obvious pun on 'punk rocker', a typical rock n' roll term). His weapon is an electric guitar, which delivers sonic waves powerful enough to blast through walls, and also can be used as a vehicle for flight. Although he took out most of the Teen Titans at first, he was defeated when Beast Boy caused Punk Rocket to put the guitar at its maximum, blowing up the sound system in the process. Punk Rocket is seen in "For Real" as a jail inmate, alongside André LeBlanc, watching Control Freak. He and H.I.V.E. student Angel fought Bumblebee for the Brotherhood of Evil and they knock her from the sky. However, she escapes and returns with Starfire and Red Star to save the day. During the fight just prior to the final battle, Herald stops Punk by creating another dimension with his horn, allowing Más to knock Punk Rocket into it. He hasn't been seen or heard from since.

Puppet King
* Voice Actor: Tracey Walter
The Puppet King is based on the comic book character Puppeteer who is a Green Lantern villain. The Puppet King is an evil marionette (the exact circumstances of this state are unrevealed). In "Switched", he sucks all of the Teen Titans' souls into puppets, except for Starfire and Raven, whose minds got switched instead. Puppet King (who looks a bit like Toyman from the Superman animated series) intends to enact a 'ceremony' that will turn the Titans' bodies over to him permanently. Eventually, however, Raven and Starfire put aside their differences and work together to stop him. The spell trapping the boys inside the puppets is broken (as is the one that switched the girls' minds) and each Titans' mind returns to its proper body. At the same time, the Puppet King's soul leaves him and he is revealed to be only a marionette, now lifeless. The Titans then stored him (along with his dolls of them, Control Freak's remote, and other artifacts) in their storage room (seen in "Fear Itself"). He is somehow reanimated, and, with Control Freak, took down Killowat for the Brotherhood of Evil (it should be noted that the Puppet King is mostly responsible for Killowat's capture, since Killowat had been nullifying Control Freak's creations until the Puppet King jumped on him from behind and pinned him to the ground). In the fight just before the final battle, Más beats up Puppet King. He is not seen for the rest of the battle. When the Brain's dome flies above the heroes, he is seen on Herald's hand.

See-More
* Voice Actor: Kevin Michael Richardson

See-More is a minor villain from the former H.I.V.E Academy. He made a cameo appearance in the episode "Deception" and fully appeared in "Mother Mae-Eye" where he formed the H.I.V.E. F.I.V.E. with Gizmo, Jinx, Mammoth, and Private H.I.V.E. See-More also seems to have a minor crush on Jinx. His powers stem from a variety of colored "eyes" on his helmet, such as the power to absorb foes into the 'eye' (yellow), the formation of eye-shaped force field bubbles around his body (green), a balloon-like flight system (pink), his "heat vision" he used in Lightspeed to cut the glass (red), and his see-through vision (black). He also can hypnotize other people. His name is a pun on his theme of vision, but it may also be a purposeful misspelling of the name "Seymour". He later aids Warp in (unsuccessfully) taking down Herald. In the final battle, he gets beaten up by Pantha. He is later frozen by Más y Menos.
Soto and his Dog
* Voice Actor: Dee Bradley Baker

Not exactly a bad guy, Soto is a super-strong, childlike grayish alien who comes to earth looking for his pet dog (who, coincidentally, happens to be green). He accidentally kidnaps Beast Boy in dog form, but decides he would rather have Beast Boy than his old pet (mainly for the fact that this new "pet" can become any animal he wants). Soto is characterized by his lack of intelligence and childishness (His outfit resembled a young child's "footie" pajamas, and the controls of his spacecraft were drawn to look like a toddler's toys). Whether it is intentional or not, his head bears a more than passing resemblance to the statues from Easter Island. Though not making a canon appearance in the comics, what is presumed to be his species or that which is similar was featured in a 1987 Teen Titans comic book featuring large robotic dinosaurs.

Soto was forced into a fight with the Teen Titans, where he was prone to crying when he was on the verge of losing. After Raven and Starfire combined their powers to beat him, Soto found himself face-to-face with his real dog. The dog told his former master that he was tired of being the pet, and a panicked Soto eagerly agreed to let the dog be his master. The only real reason Soto is classified as a Titans "foe" is that he battled the Titans; except for this, he really has no side. After "Every Dog Has His Day", Soto is seen in cameos in many episodes (though "Homecoming part 2" is not one of these), such as him laughing at Starfire in "Transformation", mostly for comic effect and the star of a program in the beginning of "Episode 257-494."
The Brotherhood of Evil did not recruit him, because he isn't evil, just from a different world.

Soto is named after the Teen Titans director Alex Soto.

His dog showed the ability to speak a human language, an elastic retractable tongue, and the ability to become ooze to pass through substances that would otherwise stop his fast and strong movements.

Space Monster
* Voice Actor: Dee Bradley Baker

An unidentified Space Monster that tore apart a space station, which the Titans are sent to investigate. He nearly defeated them with his sonic powers and near-invulnerability, but fell into a reactor. He turned up again when the Titans were fleeing the station. He landed on their ship, but was soon thrown off and crashed on the planet that the Titans also landed on. Eventually he falls down a chasm, and is not seen again. Another one appeared in "Go!" as the Gordanians' prisoner, but he was not recruited by the Brotherhood of Evil.

Steamroller
* Voice Actor: Steamroller has no lines.

Steamroller is a gigantic, mechanic monstrosity used by Brother Blood. It is comparable to Cinderblock as used by Slade. Like Cinderblock, Steamroller is incredibly big and strong, and almost managed to defeat the Titans East until Cyborg brought them together as a team. It was later used by the Brotherhood of Evil in "Calling all Titans" to help the I.N.S.T.I.G.A.T.O.R. take down Thunder. Later, he subdues Pantha inside the Brotherhood base. He was later frozen by Más y Menos.

Steamroller appeared once, in "Titans East pt. 1", where Blood used it to steal the access codes to the East Tower ("the keys to [his] new school" he called them). It is unknown what happened to him, but it is likely that after Blood was turned in to the Steel City prison, Steamroller was, like all the other students, freed and went solo in Steel City. Like Johnny Rancid's pet dog Wrex and Kardiak, Steamroller is a machine who cannot talk and, therefore, has no voice actor.
Steamroller may be loosely based on another DC character with the same name.

"Thing"
* Voice Actor: The "Thing" has no lines.

After the Titans returned to Jump City after their battle with the Brotherhood of Evil, they encountered this strange beast while lamenting how their favorite places had disappeared in their absence. A white monster capable of absorbing itself into materials such as concrete, oil, brick, stone, water, and fire, this creature was pursued by Robin, Cyborg, Starfire, and Raven, while Beast Boy tried to find and reconcile with the girl that was apparently Terra. The Titans cornered the beast in a recycling plant, but it was too powerful to defeat. Robin contacted Beast Boy, leading to Beast Boy deciding to walk away from Terra and go help his friends.

The creature's origins were never specified, nor was it ever shown being defeated, since his first appearance turned out to be the final episode.

Trogaar
* Voice Actor: Gary Sturgis

Trogaar is a Gordanian, and the ruler of the prison ship on which Starfire, the Space Monster, a Locrix, and others were being kept. He was the Titans' first take-down as an official team. He was not seen with the Brotherhood of Evil.

Witch
* Voice Actor: The Witch's voice actor was uncredited.

Krall's magical assistant, she is referred to only as Witch. He freed her from eternal limbo and she thus became his slave. Condemned to obey Krall, she twisted his command for her to make him a hero. She sent her minions (which Krall couldn't defeat) to attack Sarasim's town, and brought Cyborg (who was stronger than Krall) from the future.

Witch's Minions
The Witch's Minions are green, insectoid creatures. The Witch sends them to attack Sarasim's village so Krall can become famous by defeating them. However, they are too much for him. Later, at Krall's wish to become more powerful, some of them merged with the egotistical barbarian, turning him into a monster and their supreme commander. Most of them were decimated in the final battle with Krall, and the whereabouts of the survivors, if any, are unknown.

Wrex/Wrexzilla
Wrex is a giant mechanical dog built by Johnny Rancid. Although being mechanical, Wrex has the habits and mannerisms of a regular dog. He was distracted by a game of fetch during his battle with the Titans, and quickly blown up. However, he was rebuilt into the monstrosity Wrexzilla, which was eaten by Silkie.

Xenothium Creature
This Xenothium Creature spawned out of Red Star's bled-off energy, which in turn seemed to have connections with the radioactive element "Xenothium", used to power the Red X suit. It resembles a large amorphic blob that still has a vaguely humanoid shape. Its existence seems to wholly depend on harnessing Red Star's contained power and causing as much destruction as possible. It was mistaken by the people of Red Star's village to be him, but was eventually destroyed by Red Star before it could destroy the town. It presumably did not have ties to the Brotherhood of Evil.

XL Terrestrial
* Voice Actor: XL Terrestrial has no lines.

XL Terrestrial is a H.I.V.E. student who looks like an alien and first made a cameo appearance in "Deception". He later helps out the Brotherhood of Evil to take out Tramm. He is assumed to have eventually been defeated by Tramm off-screen, as Tramm reappears alongside Aqualad only for the latter two to be captured by Plasmus and Trident (XL Terrestrial was trying to take down Tramm when Tramm and Aqualad were still separated; it logically follows that Tramm could not have gotten to Aqualad unless Tramm had won) His powers are growing in size by pushing the arrow on his chest (XL stands for extra-large). He is seen enlarging himself during the final battle, and is attacked by Raven and Starfire, and eventually frozen by Más y Menos. Yet when The Brain is frozen, he is seen in the crowd of Titans groaning about Beast Boy's joke, even though he was a definite villain. This may be the episode's running gag, as Puppet King was seen with the heroes and Hot Spot with the villains, each for a split second. It is also possible that Jericho was in control of him at this time since Jericho does not appear in that shot.
