"My Female Trouble" is the 78th episode of the American sitcom Scrubs. It originally aired on November 16, 2004.

Plot
The episode opens with a recap that J.D. and Neena are dating and that Neena is representing Mr. Corman in a malpractice case against Turk. The main theme is strong women, and by comparison the men are just children, a scene where Cox, J.D. and Turk are just boys highlights the theme.

Elliot is assigned one of the hospital board members as a patient. Unfortunately he turns out to be very sexist and so Elliot pretends to be a nurse working for a male Dr. Elliot Reid, who she gets Janitor to act as. J.D. promises to break up with Neena but ends up having to enlist Jordan to do it for him, in a Kill Bill-esque scene. Carla convinces Mr. Corman not to sue Turk and Elliot stands up to both her patient and Dr. Cox.

Quotes
<blockquote>
J.D.: "Oh, it's so on."<br />Neena: "You got something to say, say it."<br />(J.D. then imagines a sword fight between Neena and Jordan.)<br />

J.D.'s narration: "The thing about strong women, if you call them out, they're gonna give you a piece of their mind.<br />

(J.D.'s imaginary sword fight between Jordan and Neena ends, leaving Jordan victorious.)
</blockquote>

Production details
*During J.D.'s imaginary sword fight, Julianna Margulies (Neena) accidentally hit Christa Miller's (Jordan) index finger. She did receive some minor injuries, however she, as the crew says, "knuckled up", and finished the rest of the episode.

Errors
*During the scene where Dr.Cox is playing tennis with Mr.Corman, the people playing tennis behind Mr.Corman are only pretending to play tennis, there is no ball.

Featured music
* "Eine Kleine Nachtmusik, 1st Movement" composed by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart
