[[John Dorian|J.D.]] has recently been doing exceptionally well during rounds, and considers himself the best intern. However, there is one other intern who is equally as good at being a doctor as him - Nick Murdoch ([[Sean Hayes (actor)|Sean Hayes]]), who seems to be nicer, more in control, and even has a sexier butt than J.D. Not even J.D. can hate Nick, because he is such a nice person. Nick has a patient, Peter who keeps getting worse. [[Nurse Roberts]] keeps him updated on Peter's status. Eventually Nick surpasses J.D. as the leader of the interns, after Nick takes the blame when [[Dr. Kelso]] is mad at the interns. Eventually, J.D. decides to accept that Nick has taken his position, but later, when Nick's young patient is in need of care, Nick is nowhere to be found. J.D. and Elliot find him, hiding, unable to deal with the stresses of being a doctor, and he finally quits his job. |

In surgery, Dr. Wen notices a smell, and [[Chris Turk|Turk]] gets afraid that he accidentally nicked the colon of a patient. It turns out that [[The Todd]] farted, but Turk gets frightened that he could make a mistake in surgery and kill someone. After [[Elliot Reid|Elliot]] asks [[Carla Espinosa|Carla]] if Turk was alright, Carla gets upset that Turk never talks to her about his problems. [[Dr. Cox]] eventually gives advice to both Turk and Carla. He tells Carla that men might have trouble expressing their feelings, but that does not mean they do not have feelings. He also gives Turk a [[Masturbation|unique suggestion]] on how to relax before [[surgery]]. |
