It says in the definition of caster board that it is a two wheeled board with two platforms separated by a strong spring. The Oboard is a three wheeled one peice skateboard with one wheel that can be rotated 360 degrees. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.144.113.113 (talk) 15:42, 18 December 2007 (UTC)

The name Castor Board would imply having a Castor. The definition of Castor board should state that what constitutes a Castor board is the fact that it contains a Castor. Then the OBoard would fall under the definition. 24.236.113.238 (talk) 18:45, 23 January 2008 (UTC)

How do these things work? Won't it not balance on two wheels?

It's actually pretty similar to riding a bike, except you have to stand up. It's pretty difficult to learn how to ride one, especially if you're used to skateboarding, and turning is a whole other story...
Basically, because of the wheel's width (Not diameter), you don't have to be going very fast to stay balanced. By "pulling" with your ankles, you can move the front or back of the board in a different direction. Repeating a front-back motion like this causes the board to accelerate, and then it becomes more like snowboarding.
It's also actually pretty safe to ride... I've only fallen off (As in landing on my side, back, or outstretched hands) three times in the month or so I've had one, and all three times were because I messed up a turn. Badly. OverSS 18:22, 5 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Is the OBoard really a caster board? Or is the definition of a caster board wrong?
