After releasing two EPs in Los Angeles, songwriter Paul Waclawsky left the haze for the heat of Austin, Texas, where he found a new line up and new inspirations. ''Jaylinn Davidson'' and ''Jake Mitchell'' share the exact same birthday and an affinity for synths, sampling and old records. Her Moog bass and leads connect with his explosive evolving rhythms to form a hybrid rhythm section. Part organic. Part Electronic. It's definitely psychedelic but not in the traditional sense. Inspired by synthesizer exploration and joined by producer ''Tim Gerron'' in the studio, the band recorded and released Songs in the Key of C in 2006 and played countless shows at home and on the road.

The band spent most of 2007 in Austin, TX, writing and recording their debut full length album, ''Wild Streaks & Windy Days''. It’s a grand story, simultaneously modern and classic. It’s a journey to the dark side of our consciousness and back. These 12 new songs explore the contrasts between dark and light, love and lust, and sacrifice and indulgence. Lead boxer, Paul Waclawsky, is flexing his song writing muscles and his tape delays like never before on one of the most innovative albums to come out the recent exploding Austin music scene. Jaylinn Davidson’s Brian Eno-esque synthesizer landscapes pump these haunting songs full of moody goodness and we find Jake Mitchell, as always, drumming out of his head. After three EPs, Paul Waclawsky’s voice has matured dramatically and seems to transition effortlessly between a whisper and a scream, while his psychedelic sonic guitar landscapes beg to be compared to Pink Floyd and Sonic Youth.
