Mimi Clark is a character on the American post-apocalyptic drama Jericho. She is played by Alicia Coppola.

Mimi, who is from Washington, D.C., is in town on behalf of the IRS, which had ordered Stanley Richmond's farm to be audited. Because of the attacks, she finds herself stranded in Jericho, leaving her with nothing to do except hanging out at Bailey's, the only bar in town, and attempting to adjust to her new rural surroundings.

After a rain which the citizens feared would contain radiation due to nuclear fallout, Mimi unintentionally sticks her hand into a puddle of rainwater containing ash. Mary Bailey replies that it is "what used to be Denver." Paranoid about potential radiation poisoning, she is reassured by Stanley that she will be fine. When the hotel she stays at closes after a disabling EMP, she offers to write off some of Stanley's debt with the IRS in exchange for room and board.

Being a sassy, sophisticated, and professional government official, Mimi hides her emotions with her tough facade. Her emotions finally break out when she realizes that all of her family and friends in Washington, D.C. are probably dead. Stanley comforts Mimi in her time of despair, and the two eventually develop a relationship. Although the relationship between Stanley and Mimi appears to be stormy, with Stanley's sister Bonnie expressing dislike and distrust for the IRS agent, romance has blossomed between the two. It is also said that she is divided between going to New York after the country gets back on its feet or staying with Stanley. Despite being from a completely different culture, Mimi reluctantly decides to stay with Stanley. In the episode Winter's End, Mimi reveals that she is in love with Stanley and vice versa. In the episode Reconstruction, Stanley and Mimi get engaged.

It is quite obvious that she and Bonnie do not get along at all but Mimi has made more of an effort to try to understand her. She is also looking out for her despite Bonnie's protests. In "Winter's End" she finally begins to bond with Bonnie when she decides to volunteer at the hosptial with the girl, and when Stanley volunteers to go to the town of New Bern for an indefinite period (as part of an agreement with that town in exchange for wind-power generators), Stanley tells Mimi that he loves her, and she returns the sentiment. In subsequent episodes, while Stanley is in New Bern, she takes on a mother-like role for Bonnie, initially protesting when Bonnie brings her boyfriend to live at the farm. When Stanley returns from New Bern in the episode "Casus Belli", Mimi defends Bonnie's right to associate with the boy over Stanley's initial objections, telling him that if all he has to worry about is Bonnie's boyfriend, he should consider himself lucky. Bonnie has taught her some sign language.
