Horny is an adjective that can describe the conditions

An animal that possesses a horn (anatomy)
A slang term for sexual arousal and/or desiring sexual gratification
Having a rough, knobbly surface—e.g., a horny skin, found in some lizards
being sexually excited (to feel / be horny); (informal)

Horny may also refer to:

Horny (Dungeon Keeper) is also a character in the PC Real-time strategy game Dungeon Keeper.
Horny (song) is a hit single by German DJ Mousse T.

In the British sense

In British English, horny means to cause sexual arousal. Eg "that girls horny", would mean that that girl is causing the speaker to become sexually aroused. This does not mean that the girl is sexually aroused at all, as this would be randy.
