I thought the country of the Medes was called Medea not MedIa... ? KJ

According to the current Wikipedia, "In Greek mythology Medea was the daughter of King Aeetes", but the Medes article, in the section - Medes#Media_and_Hellenistic_Greeceas, uses Media to refer to the country of the Medes. cq
