Josh Perry (born 4 February, 1981 in Newcastle, New South Wales) is an Australian professional rugby league player in the National Rugby League (NRL) competition. His position of choice is at prop forward. Perry previously played for the Newcastle Knights and has also represented New South Wales.

Perry was selected to represent New South Wales as a reserve for game I of the 2003 State of Origin series.[1] Perry was also selected for Country Origin in 2001, 2003 and 2004, scoring one try in the 2001 match.

In 2007, Perry was released from the Newcastle Knights. He then signed for the Manly-Warringah Sea Eagles for the 2008 season on a three year contract.

In the second game of the 2008 NRL season, Perry returned to Newcastle when Manly played the Knights. The Sea Eagles appeared headed for victory with just under five minutes left when they led 12-6 with a scrum feed in their own half. However, Perry gave away a crucial penalty and was placed on report for an alleged headbutt on rival Danny Wicks. Soon after, Perry then lost the ball after a heavy tackle from Danny Buderus. Knights forward Richard Fa'aoso then took an inside pass from Jarrod Mullen and stormed over for a converted try which levelled things up with under two minutes left. The Knights went on to win 13-12 in extra time.[2]
