"Exit Wounds" is the thirteenth episode of the second series of British science fiction television series Torchwood, which will be broadcast by BBC Two on 4 April 2008.^[1] It is the final episode of the second series.

Synopsis

Captain John Hart (from Kiss Kiss, Bang Bang) begins a violent attack against the Torchwood team.

 ==Synopsis==
 Captain John Hart (from ''[[Kiss Kiss, Bang Bang (Torchwood)|Kiss Kiss, Bang Bang]]'') begins a violent attack against the Torchwood team.

-- Captain John has set bombs all around Cardiff. They explode, but he and Captain Jack are sucked up into a Riftstorm, and deposited in Cardiff, 2000 years in the past. The rest of the team discover that Captain John's bombs have damaged Cardiff's nuclear facilities.
--Capt. John reveals he's under the control of an insane Gray.
--The Weevils allign with Gray, Owen isn't there to stop them.
--Ianto saves John from the Weevils.
--Gray shoots Toshiko; nobody knows she's dying, Owen is busy away trying to stop nuclear meltdown.
--Gray leaves Toshiko to die alone, as she dies she continues to help Owen via the intercom. He doesn't know she's dying, but Tosh realises Owen won't survive the nuclear radiation where he is. They die together; apart.
--Gray finds Jack and they have a confrontation.
--Jack goes back into the Hub, cheerful reunion with Gwen and Ianto (apparently while Owen and Tosh are dying), and finds Tosh dying. Tosh dies in Jack's arms. Gwen becomes upset.
--Jack and John say goodbye, Gray is to be kept in the freezer.
--While clearing out Tosh and Owen's office areas, a video left behind by Tosh appears, made before she died. She knows she must be dead and hopes that she died an untrivial death. She says she loves them all, thanks Jack, and tells Owen he didn't ever realise (But Owen of course isn't there to hear it.)
