Daniel House (born August 8 1961 in Berkeley), AKA D. House was the Electric bass player for Seattle Grunge band Skin Yard. He was the owner and president of Seattle based record label,C/Z Records and director of sales for Sub Pop Records from 1989-1991. Before playing in Skin Yard, House played bass in a little known band called Feedback with Matt Cameron who would later play with him in Skin Yard.

After moving to Los Angeles in 2001, Daniel and oversaw development of DownloadPunk.com, one of the first genre-specific online music store on the Internet.

Beginning in 2006, he began working on the specification for Rocknrolldating [1], a free online dating/matchmaking website geared towards people interested in rock music as a key component of romantic compatibility. The site launched in January of 2008.
