The Shambles is a US-based powerpop/rock group. Formed in 1990 from members of other notable San Diego based bands, The Shambles have released numerous CDs, vinyl records, and a DVD is currently in the works. The Shambles have toured extensively in the US and have also toured the UK (including an appearance at the famous Marquee Club in London) and Spain.

The founding members of The Shambles were Kevin Ring (formerly of Manual Scan, and who later changed his last name to 'Donaker-Ring'), Ray Brandes (formerly of The Tell-Tale Hearts), Mark Z (formerly of The Crawdaddys), and David Klowden (also a former member of The Tell-Tale Hearts). Bart Mendoza (also ex-Manual Scan) joined the group a few months later, and while Brandes and Klowden later parted ways with the band, the core of Donaker-Ring, Z, and Mendoza remains.

The Shambles is a registered US Trademark.
