I really don't feel my username is offensive in the least, and feel that it doesn't require modification. I have been using this username for many, many years on several websites, most notably YAHOO, and have NEVER been asked to modify it or choose another name. The word "JACKASS" is in everyday vocabulary, and has been in use in major venues on the large and small screen. "JACKASS" is a well-remembered putdown on "SEINFELD" by Elaine Benes/Julia Louis Dreyfuss; there have been two movies, and one tv show made with "JACKASS" being the title. If anything, I have DEstygmatized the word, and DEemphasized its' negativity by adding "superduper" to the front. I don't feel that I have created an offensive username. I would appreciate it if it were open for discussion. My name is not offensive to any specific gender, ethnicity, or person's sexuality. If anything, it is a putdown to ME and only ME.
