The Smiths Indeed is a tribute band dedicated to The Smiths. The band is from Liverpool in the North West of England.

The band were formed in 2005. They played their first show in Glasgow in December 2005. They quickly gained a reputation for excellent live shows. They have so far played multiple extensive UK tours, as well as some European dates, selling out numerous venues. The musicians are culled from various well-known bands such as The Christians, Pete Wylie and Maudlin Rich.
