Brian, I've been removing your links that appear to be for self promotion (Ebenezer Enterprises). It's against Wikipedia policy: see [[Wikipedia:Conflict of interest]]. I learned this lesson first hand as self-promotion was my initial purpose here before I learned otherwise. I was told to place my self-promotion in the talk section and let another Wikipedian make the placement. It might help, however, to become an active editor and add unbiased information that coincides with your outside specialty, and then add your specialty to your user page. Wikipedia as self-promotion

Brian, I've been removing your links that appear to be for self promotion (Ebenezer Enterprises). It's against Wikipedia policy: see Wikipedia:Conflict of interest. Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, one or more of the external links you added to the page Serialization do not comply with our guidelines for external links and have been removed. Wikipedia is not a collection of links; nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Since Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, external links do not alter search engine rankings. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page before reinserting it. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Elsendero (talk) 20:54, 13 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
