The Koreans in America for the past 100 years, beginning with the first wave of immigrants who arrived in Hawaii between 1903 and 1924 and ending with the second wave of immigrants who have entered the United States in increasing numbers each year since 1965. The two waves refer to the large number of Korean immigrants coming to Hawaii within a short period.
