At the age of nineteen I was convicted on a charge of Murder in the State of South Australia, AUSTRALIA. Although, I have, long over time, steadfastly denied any such responsibility and/or involvement, I was convicted following a twenty-two day Trial, by a Jury (of nine women and three men) having so been satisfied about that alleged certainty of guilt in just under 4hrs of Deliberations. Which following, I was immediately then sentenced by the Court to Life imprisonment. Throughout that imposed imprisonment, I had refused to make an Application for a Parole (release) date to be Set for something I stoutly denied. That I was ultimately released, became only consequent of a Legislative Amendment which had singularly accommodated, my protestations of innocence.

REASON:

The material posted was actual to a case of murder heard in 1979 in the Supreme Court of South Australia (AUSTRALIA). The accused, David Szach had been alleged - on the evening of 4th June, 1979 to have shot a prominent solicitor, Mr Derrance Redford Stevenson in the back of the head. It was further alleged that within then the hour of, the accused had concealed the body of the deceased inside a chest freezer located on the premises of. At the time of the deceased's murder there had been between the two, an evident homosexual relationship.

This case has long been subject of ongoing public discussion as to the guilt of the accused and the alleged circumstances actual of the deceased's death.

Most recently, the protestations of the accused had became the subject of a polygraph examination, as part of an Investigative Media Report. Produced by a local Current Affair program "Today Tonight" in March, 2007. Which had again reinforced that prevailing doubt as to if the original police investigation had got it wrong. Had instead resulted in the wrongful conviction of the accused.

It had also been one, of only two, such occasions in Australia, in which such protestations of judicial miscarriage have became the subject of a polygraph examination.

I do feel in the context of that above, instances a historical account of murder in South Australia and should ought to necessitate its inclusion. If, so about agreed, I will have ensured the re-submission of, within the governing guidelines.
