further controversy discussion

There should probably be some discussion of the criticism leveled at Dudas's administration. This should include but not be limited to discussion of the now-enjoined new rules package and related packages, application backlog, examiner turnover, and Congressman Berman's inquiry into specific problems / questionable representations at the USPTO under Dudas. I would propose adding a small section under his biography summarizing the criticisms and rebuttals out there. -I would also add something about the Peterlin appointment and new BPAI rules package as well. If someone could provide links to outside references, that would be great. Also, it would be great if someone could contribute/opine on what Dudas' role is in all these controversies. Is he a driving force behind all these problems, or has he simply sat back while incompetent underlings groupthought this stuff out? It seems the article is now just a copy and paste of the bio from the USPTO website. This is unacceptable.

Controversy on his tenure as USPTO director

There should probably be some discussion of the criticism leveled at Dudas's administration. This should include but not be limited to discussion of the now-enjoined new rules package and related packages, application backlog, examiner turnover, and Congressman Berman's inquiry into specific problems / questionable representations at the USPTO under Dudas. I would propose adding a small section under his biography summarizing the criticisms and rebuttals out there. 71.191.160.224 (talk) 02:43, 27 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
