Benson is a village in Oxfordshire, England. It is located north of Wallingford. The village's name was originally Bensington until the early 19th century.

The village is often confused with RAF Benson which is situated only 2 miles away and is a well-known RAF camp, home to the Queen's Flight of personal aircraft for many years.
