Tsuda Sanzo

Tsuda Sanzo (津田 三蔵, 1855-1891) in (1891) failed an assassination on Nicholas II of Russia only leaving a 9-centimeter scar on his forehead, this became known as the Otsu incident. He was convicted for attempted murder, sentenced to life imprisonment.
