Okay, thank you. It may seem stupid to delete my own comments, but I would like to eliminate that issue from the talk page. The only reason I deleted their comments was because the section wouldn't make sense anymore, but if it is considered wrong to do that then I guess they should be left in there. --[[User:Randomface123|Randomface123]] ([[User talk:Randomface123|talk]]) 01:21, 19 August 2008 (UTC)

Revision as of 01:21, 19 August 2008

First of all...

There was already a state on there as Nebraska and I knew that wasn't true. So I searched around a bit on Wikipedia and found that Matt Groening said himself that is was there. Read the reference I put down! It's true. I've heard it many times. --Alkalinetrio78 (talk) 02:50, 16 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

RE: Warnings

I would have, and I normally do, but I had to make a manual edit, and didn't think to take the time to go and do a manual warning. I hope this hasn't inconvenienced you too much. RandorXeus (talk) 22:14, 17 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for reverting my userpage. It gets vandalized an awful lot. Most people just ignore userpage vandalism. Happy Editing! RandorXeus (talk) 22:17, 17 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy declined

Hi Ctjf83. I declined the speedy tag you added to Life123, as it was the subject of third-party coverage in multiple sources. Feel free to bring it to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion if you believe it does not meet our notability requirements. Thanks. Paul Erik (talk)(contribs) 23:08, 18 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, I can understand that it appeared to be a speedy candidate when you came to it. It did to me, as well! But I did a quick check on Google News, saw that there were some sources, and added them to the article. Paul Erik (talk)(contribs) 00:02, 19 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Talk Page

Is there a rule that says that I cannot edit my own comments? If they are mine, then I should be able to do whatever I want with them. --Randomface123 (talk) 00:39, 19 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

There is nothing in there that says I cannot delete my own comments. I will leave in the other 2 comments, but the section won't make sense anymore so I thought I was doing a favor by deleting them too. I don't know why this is a big deal at all in that the dispute that paragraph is over, and I don't want my name associated with that dispute again. --Randomface123 (talk) 00:44, 19 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I do not have to leave them in, I do not see anywhere in that page that says you can't delete your OWN comments. It says that it is BEST not to do it. In all do respect, why does this matter to you in the slightest? So what, a talk page on wikipedia has one less section on a dispute that is over. Big deal. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Randomface123 (talkcontribs) 00:50, 19 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I am sorry but it is not against the rules, so I am able to do it. If you show me somewhere in the rules that says I can't delete my own comments, then fine but that page said nothing of the sort. --Randomface123 (talk) 00:55, 19 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks. --Randomface123 (talk) 01:04, 19 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
