Presently Vivek is deputed at XEROX site as a Site Incharge – IT Operations where they have been given responsibility to handle and manage IT infrastructure of Xerox across India. My duties are to prepare monthly performance reports which consist of helpdesk, network, inventory management, vendor management, location calls etc. tickets, analyzing tickets on daily basis, sitting and discussing call tickets with IT head (XEROX) on weekly basis. Hardware AMC, Client Support, Helpdesk, Network Monitoring & Management (SLA, Traffic monitoring & QOS, status reporting), Asset management (Asset Tracking & Physical Monitoring), Vendor Management, Cisco Call Manager support, SMS Servers management, Virtual support team member (First level support to XING countries), IMAC management and Backup (SMS and Mail Server) are all under our scope.
