John O. Brennan is an American businessman and a member of the U.S. intelligence community. He was interim director of the National Counterterrorism Center immediately after its creation, and since 2005 has served as CEO of The Analysis Corporation.[1] He also advises Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama on foreign policy and intelligence issues.[2]
