It was renamed Travelonly in 2003.[2] Patrick Luciani began working through the regulatory issues with President, Gregory Luciani and developed the home-based travel model with both (TICO) [http://www.www.tico.on.ca Travel Industry of Ontario [3] and its counterpart (BPCPA) Business Protection and Consumer Protection in British Columbia[4].
In 2000, Luciani World Travel launched it's Home-Based Travel Agency model under the trade name Travelonly and continues to operate worldwide.[5]
