What, exactly, do the coordinates in the title refer to? The article does not mention any dedicated venue for the festival, like the "Seminici Theatre", or whatever. If the festival is held in the same building every year, but that building also has significant other uses, then it might deserve its own article. The main venue for the Festival is the Calderon Theatre. It is used for other plays through the year.

What, exactly, do the coordinates in the title refer to? The article does not mention any dedicated venue for the festival, like the "Seminici Theatre", or whatever.
