If you are writing me a message in response to an article rollback, please keep an open mind. I usually focus on IP addresses, red flagged users, obvious vandalism, or names that are being watched or that I've warned before. If you believe that your edit was legitimate and I reverted it, please feel free to challenge it in a professional and positive manner. Flaming, using foul language, or using any conduct against Wikipedia's policies (See Wikipedia: Assume Good Faith, and Wikipedia: Civility) will lead to further action by myself, or an administrator.

Re:hey

Hey Beano, good to hear from you. I'm pretty much a semi-editor now. I check Wikipedia on a regular basis, but mostly as a reader. I'll make the occasional correction but I haven't done any real maintenance work in a while. I've thought about coming back to do it, like process AfDs and such, perhaps I'll do it when I have more time... --Deathphoenix ʕ 15:06, 10 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Nikki Jane article

Hey Beano. Nikki Jane is an artist featured on the upcoming Noah's Arc Movie: Jumping The Broom. She is credible. Please google this movie, and tracklisting. —Preceding unsigned comment added by RyanXzavier (talkcontribs) 06:02, 12 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you so much. What exactly do you think i need to add to the page? The only credit she has now is the Movie. How do I make it Credible? —Preceding unsigned comment added by RyanXzavier (talkcontribs) 06:21, 12 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Ok, so I need to find an online article that features her name in it? Do I put the article up on there? Lastly, when you google Nikki Jane does anything on your computer come up about her being on the Noah's Arc: Jumping the Broom (soundtrack)? —Preceding unsigned comment added by RyanXzavier (talkcontribs) 06:38, 12 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
So if there is a article presented on MySpace, can I use that as a referenced citation? —Preceding unsigned comment added by RyanXzavier (talkcontribs) 06:58, 12 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Beano, Are the references notable? RyanXzavier (talk) 08:23, 12 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Smoki People

The Smoki People organization was started in 1921 when there were only 5000 residents in the town of Prescott Arizona.

Over 500 of those residents - men and women alike were members.

If you go to the reference you'll get lots more information about the Smoki People and the Smoki Museum they started.

Hi

I wrote an entry on Eddie Borysewicz and you tagged it for speedy removal because, if I understand you right, the references link back to the original page. Maybe I've done something wrong. When I wrote it, the links went to lots of different sources. If you can help, I'll happily put it right. Thanks for your interest. Please consider a little before tagging articles for speedy. Your tagging of this article ia extremely innapropriate. Lack of citations is not grounds for speedy deletion. In any case the article is littered with cites, the author had just not got round to putting in the ref template so they were visible. Also CSD:R1 does not apply to the situation where citations are pointing to an innapropriate place (which they are not), only where the page itself is redirecting to an innapropriate place. For someone who is doing so much speedy tagging you ought to make yourself a bit more familiar with the rules before you cause Wikipedia to lose good articles. SpinningSpark 09:26, 12 October 2008

It is beside the point whether or not you could see the references, even if there were none it is not grounds for a speedy. Learn the rules before placing more tags in future. There have just been too many good editors who have come to Wikipedia with a great deal to contribute only to be disheartened and leave when their first experience is an unprovoked deletion which they often do not understand how to challenge. Speedies are for clear-cut cases only. If there is any doubt (you said yourself "the person seems credible") you should assume good faith and not a speedy it. The correct venue when speedy does not apply is WP:AfD, but even there, in this case, I think they would have told you it is not a candidate for deletion. And please, can I have a meaningful heading when you post on my page - I could hardly work out what you were replying to. SpinningSpark 21:35, 12 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I see what you mean about the references not working. I can't explain why because I did what I always do. I'll have a look at the instructions page and see what's wrong. Meanwhile, any guidance would be useful. Les woodland (talk) 15:43, 12 October 2008 (UTC)les woodland[reply]

Al Ciner

Why did you nominate Al Ciner for A7? He has 2 notable bands. SpecialK(KoЯn flakes) 18:04, 13 October 2008 (UTC) [reply]

Re:Péter Kollár
