Mabel Esmonde Cahill (born 2 April 1863, Ballyragget, County Kilkenny, Ireland – died unknown) was a female tennis player from Ireland (at the time of her victory, Ireland was part of the United Kingdom). She was the first foreign woman to win a major tournament: the U.S. Championships in 1891. She repeated as a women's singles champion in 1892. She is a member of the International Tennis Hall of Fame.
