In 1981 Muller joined the Virginia based pop rock band Single Bullet Theory and signed a major recording contract with Nemporer Records owned and run by the lengendary [[[[Nat Weiss].]] Single Bullet Theory released two singles; Keep it Tight, Hang on to your Heart and one self titled LP before the breakup of the band in 1984 over contractual difficulties with Nemporer Records parent company CBS.

Michael Muller (born Huntington Long Island, New York) is an American rock and roll musician, producer and song writer currently residing in Richmond Virginia and Manhattan New York.

In the mid-eighties as a member of the Mid-Atlantic based roots rock band The Bopcats Michael Muller began his longterm friendship with Blues and Rockabilly guitarist and vintage gutar pickup manufacturer Lindy Fralin [1] Michael Muller at present is playing bass guitar and co-writing with American singer songwriter Janet Martin [2] Muller is a registered and publshed songwriter with BMI America.

Muller has toured Europe extensively with Janet Martin since 2003. Michael Muller is also a soundproofing consultant with City Soundproofing (http://www.citysoundproofing.com) in Manhattan New York.

Background


Michael was raised on Long Island and went to Smithtown Central High School; he later went on to Suffolk Community College and SUNY at Stony Brook. Michael is the son of Frederick A. Muller and Elizabeth S. Muller.
